The egg is rocking quite a bit now, cracks and splits forming through the shell. It looks as it might take some time to hatch, until . . . suddenly, the egg explodes! Revealing a pudgy, big-eyed brachydios!
“Woah!” Declan examined the egg for a second before it burst, and, once he opened his eyes, he saw a baby Monstie in there! Duh.
“Aww… hey, little guy!” Declan grinned. “You’ll make a great one day, Monstie, won’t ya?”

Declan froze, turning his head to look behind him. When he saw his rival’s pair of little Monsties, he whirled around to face them and blinked.

The egg you receive is a dark neon blue with electric green stripes. Its big and warm, and seems to glow. It also rocks quite a bit, as if the creature inside is cantankerous and full of energy!

“I’m fine." She grunts, shoving herself onto her feet and brushing the other rider's hand away. Of her community, Declan was probably the least tolerable out of all of them. He was the type who made jabs only to clam up every time one was fired back at him. "I don’t need your help.”
The young rider rolled his eyes. He definitely wasn’t fond of Mari, either, but he figured he should act like they were on decent terms around Chief Gara and the other adults in the village.
But they could all likely see that the two teens… strongly disliked each other.
Declan stood straight once more, crossing his arms over his chest. His brows were mildly furrowed, but inside, envy was brewing.
“Oh, my mistake… the Hero of Mahana doesn’t ever need help,” he sneered, turning to walk off.
