Asked after the events in the Duel Club, where Loki, who had fallen victim to the Mento Menores spell (a non-canon spell that causes paralysing Lovecraftian terror), caused a wall of ice to emerge between himself and his opponent, rising from the ground and literally scattering the duelists and spectators around him.
