hi to any of my us followers who go to therapy, what did u do to start looking for one? did u also look for a psychiatrist at the same time? is it rude to ask for price/hour before i make an appointment ?? how long did it take for u to find a therapist that worked for u? what are some on the qualities i should be looking for? ?
