Imagine, the power of th Op-Op fruit with the regeneration of a Phoenix behind it.
Marco really can’t complain with Law’s experimenting saving lives, but he will anyway.
“Did you just put my spleen into someone?”
“You’ll grow it back.”
“Yeah but you should ask first.”

The Heroic Lensflare™ is hardly unique to Oda, but it gains extra meaning when you think about the sun imagery used within Arlong’s crew as a negative symbol of their oppressive reign, and then gets extra, extra meaning when the reader finds out the original meaning behind the tattoo during the Fishman Island arc.
But for now it can be read as Luffy standing in the dawn of a new day. The Arlong Park arc is the climax of the East Blue Saga and marks really the first time the Straw Hats have worked together as a cohesive group instead of a handful of individuals. Luffy has just shown he has the strength to take on a Grand Line-level pirate and win. His era starts now.
The low angle is a classic power shot, while the emphasis/prospective on Luffy’s blood-soaked hands rather than his shadowed face draws even more attention to his strength and how much he’s willing to fight to achieve his dreams.
15/10, fantastic shot composition and execution.
