Status Post #10996 (reblog): Out of the redesigns, I actually like the one for Psylocke, especially with the red Kabuki wig and whatnot as I could see that design being used for the new Ultimate Marvel universe.

Redesigns!

Flame Con has an X-men redesign panel every year, and every year we tackle different hard-to-redesign characters (and some easy fan favorites). I’ve compiled all the designs so far. I really want to make a print, probably just of my women redesigns so the scope doesn’t get out of hand, but we’ll see. The Gambit is a redesign crossover with Soul Calibur, and the Storm was done on my own time just for fun. They’re in the order they were completed for the most part so you can see the amount of time and effort going in to these increased as time went on. Still, I really love the simplicity in the earlier ones. Which other characters should I redesign for the print?

Status Post #19082 (reblog): I feel like the fan art depicting Korra's twin cousins at age 40 should be canon for a possible animated film sequel or for flashbacks from the next Avatar series focusing on Korra's successor because I like how Desna changed his hairstyle to avoid getting confused with his twin sister Eska, given that they're near identical with the difference being that Desna has his hair down and no eyeshadow, while Eska has her hair tied up into a ponytail with two long hair strands that are left hanging freely at her shoulders and tied up into pigtails, not unlike Mai's hairstyle in the preceding show.
