3 years ago, I watched a documentary called "Earthlings" on YouTube. At the time, I had no idea how to start a plant-based diet nor what a "vegan" really was. I only knew one thing: I was no longer going to eat animals. And once you have that kind of mindset, all else falls into place. That is how powerful the mind is. Today I asked a homeless guy sitting at the grocery store with his adorable dog what he wanted to eat. He replied, "Roast beef sandwich." I told him that I was not going to buy him that because I'm vegan, but what about he a veggie sandwich? He replied, "Nah, that won't taste good." I then went into the store and got him a custom made Beyond Burger Vegan Sandwich with other vegan goodies. And I got his dog some vegan treats. And I told him that the burger would taste just as good if not better than animal flesh. And I told him why I was vegan. He looked astonished.
