Problem Solverz: Problem Break
“It's SO HOT!!!” Alfe groaned as he sat under the flimsy fan that was doing nothing to help him cool down. “Even my sweat is sweating!”
“You said that like a billion times!” Roba grumbled.
“Because it's true!” Alfe retorted.
“Why can't we go to the pool?” Alfe complained.
“Because…” Horace facepalmed, wearing a tank top and shorts instead of his sweater and long pants. “The pool isn't open.”
“When will it open?!” Alfe whined.
“In three weeks!” Horace groaned. “I told you that yesterday!”
“But I want to go to the pool now!” Alfe groaned.
“Well, we can't. Tux Dog is our only friend who has a pool and he won't even let us look at it.” Horace rolled his eyes.
“I have an idea!” Alfe pointed his finger up as a light bulb shined over his head. “I'll just go BEFORE it opens! Every time we drive past the pool I've seen fresh clean water in it.”
“Alfe! You can't do that! That's trespassing.” Roba gasped.
“I'm not trespassing. I'm just… Going early.” Alfe snickered, then he rammed through the wall and excited through the hole.
“Alfe!” Roba shrieked and started to run after him.
“Come back!” Horace followed suit.
Alfe ran as quickly as he could until he made it to the chain link fence.
“Alfe! Stop!” Roba commanded.
Alfe ignored him and climbed up the fence, then jumped down.
“Alfe, come back here this instant!” Horace demanded through the fence. But Alfe was already in the pool, splashing and diving happily. Horace knew he was going to regret this, but as he climbed up the fence, Roba came along with him. When they made it to the other side, they went over to see Alfe.
“Alfe, come back here or you're not getting any pizza.” Horace threatened, hands on hips.
“Aww man.” Alfe pouted. “Fine…”
Suddenly some police cars approached the pool and three cops went over to the boys and cuffed their hands behind their backs.
“What's the big idea?” Alfe growled.
“You're under arrest for trespassing.” The officer explained.
“You don't understand, we were just-” Roba was cut off.
“Tell it to the judge.” The cops dragged the Solverz to their cars and drove away.
All three boys were found guilty and locked in a cell and made to wear orange jumpsuits.
“I have a feeling… This may possibly be… Sort of my fault.” Alfe sighed.
“Now what?!” Roba scowled.
“I have another idea!” Alfe grinned.
“No!” Horace and Roba bluntly retorted at the same time.
Alfe ignored them once again and smashed a giant hole in the wall with his powerful fist.
“Alfe! This isn't right!” Horace argued.
“Actually… I can't spend another minute here!” Roba ran after Alfe. “Freedom!”
Horace sighed and then followed after them, but he tripped when his foot hit a rock and he fell in the mud on his stomach.
“There's one of them!” One of the guards announced as his dog barked viciously.
“Why me?” Horace whimpered as he was dragged to another cell.
“Well, my brilliant ideas got us out of another problem… That I caused. Let's celebrate with pizza!” Alfe cheered with his arms in the air.
“We can't celebrate yet! We lost Horace!” Roba corrected him.
“Oh no.” Alfe frowned. “We have to go get him, after we get pizza.”
“Alfe!” Roba chided.
“I mean right now.” Alfe agreed. He dialed a number. “Mayb Tux can help us.”
“Hello, you've reached Tux Dog’s number, I’m afraid I can't help you right now. I'm on an exclusive and expensive vacation. Toodles.” Tux Dog's voice-mail answered.
“Aw snap, what do we do now?” Alfe groaned.
“Poor Horace.” Roba shook his head. “He's usually the best behaved of us.”
“Yeah… By the way I must be extra hungry, there's this feeling in the pit of my stomach that won't go away…” Alfe questioned.
“I think you're experiencing your first feeling of guilt.” Roba groaned. “Come on…”
“Hey, I see two posters. Man those guys are hideous.” Alfe laughed at two wanted posters of him and Roba. The reward was 10000 dollars.
“Oh dear… We can't be seen out here in the open.” Roba grabbed Alfe's arm and dragged him to a bush.
Meanwhile Horace was still in prison, complaining to himself.
“This is it… I'm never going to get a real job or get married…” Horace groaned. “All because Alfe invaded the pool…”
“Horace Neon?” A guard called out.
“What?” Horace groaned.
“Someone is here to bail you out.” Next to the guard was a middle aged blonde woman.
“Thaz? What are you doing here?” Horace asked. “I haven't seen you in two seasons!”
“Sorry about that, fall and winter were crazy for me.” Thaz sighed. “Let me guess, Alfe.”
“Yep…” Horace answered.
“What are we gonna do with him?” Thaz shook her head. Horace followed her out of the jail and Horace smiled and hugged her.
“Thanks for everything.” Horace smiled.
“By the way, where are Alfe and Roba?” Thaz asked. Horace looked at the wanted posters on the tree and he had a huge frown on his face as his eyes widened. “Oh sh-”
