He is Kaleb, from a brazilian webcomic called "Sense Life", you can find this comic on "Fliptru", although I don't think it has an English translation :p

I think there is someone who translated it into english on youtube, but I am not sure if its official

I really recomend it if you like reading stories that have a slightly questionable sense of humor.

(Brazil lore: "Flamenguista" is someone who supports/cheers for "Flamengo", "Flamengo" is a famous Brazilian football team wich is known for using black and red)

Yes, I know its dumb, but for me its so fucking funny and beautiful because everytime I look at him it starts playing "Pra cima deles flamengo (em dezembro de 81...) " in my head, wich is a football parody from the music "Primeiros erros" and this is so hilarious for me for literally no reason help 😭😭😭😭
