sometimes when i just really crave sweet things, this is a great option. you can even adjust the recipe to be less than that.
ingredients:
a sliver of butter. i seriously mean just the tiniest little bit, ultra thin and maybe an inch long. (10 cals)
1 egg (70 cals)
1 slice of wheat bread (the one i used was 100 cals)
1 tsp maple syrup (50 cals) optional
1 tsp vanilla extract (10 cals) optional
directions:
first you’re gonna wanna microwave the butter for about 20 seconds in the mug until it’s melted. then just use a fork to coat the inside of the mug.
then whisk the egg around (i added some vanilla here too, you can also use cinnamon) and rio the bread into little chunks. mix it all around and there we have it.
microwave for about one minute or until the egg is cooked. i think it tastes just fine on its own so you don’t need the syrup, but i’m really craving something sweet so i added it in. make sure you cut in with the fork so it gets evenly dispersed.
there we have it! you can easily add in an extra slice of bread or even another egg if you need more calories (like you only eat one meal a day) and you can add things like nutmeg, cloves, even coffee creamer or coco powder. it’s actually pretty filling and keeps me going until dinner time.
i feel like the difference in content between this and my other blog is quite drastic, but i’m way more active on the other one just because EDs can be pretty demotivating sometimes - @b1bleslut
