Red pepper - half of a medium sized (15calories)
Green pepper - half of a medium sized (12 calories)
Carrot - 1,5 medium (29 calories )
Red onion - 1/4 (26 calories)
Campion - 1 dL (5 calories)
Sweet chili 0% - 100 ml (9calories)
Salt to taste
Total: 148 calories
Soo easy and good!
This makes a large portion and I couldn’t even finish the whole plate, so you can also save half of it for the next day or later. Then it’s only 74 calories per portion. If you have a oil with fewer calories or don’t use the oil that will obviously makes a difference.

My Thursday
Had a midterm today and ate lunch at uni with my friends, the best option was a salmon filet with just cooked carrots on the side.
Had also two apples for dinner.
Feel like this was a lot, hopefully I can go with less food tomorrow. Still sick so feel extra fatigue on this diet.
Found a really cheap supermarket where they sell zero spaghetti, noodles and rice. Have been looking for them all over town, so will go there after work.

Party at uni
Haven’t eaten in two days now, but today I was so fatigue and decided to make something low in calorie and filling. Are also going out tonight with my friends, and can’t drink skinny bitch on an empty stomach. Anyways, I had some broccoli, caned tuna, red onion and cherry tomatoes. When I calculated it on Lifesum it was roughly 250 calories. Feel too full after eating it, but it’s probably smart for tonight and future me in the lecture tomorrow.
Will have a good gym session after uni.

Motivation for me
-Fit in all clothing
-sit without thinking about how my thighs or stomach looks
-When I come back from exchange everyone will notice how my body changed
-feel good in a dressing room
-be comfortable when someone takes a picture of me
-wear sleeveless tops without worrying about how my arms look
-to be lifted up without being ashamed of how heavy I am
-be the skinny friend and not the fat friend with all the skinny girls
-feel good in a bikini
-don’t feel uncomfortable about myself when people comment on weights

So hard to sleep
I only want to be skinny. Are worried I will slip with the diet and start binging again. Can’t stand the way I look and feel in my skin now, it has to change. Feel so disgusting, ugly and big.
The next months will probably be hard but feel like it’s now or never, just need to be really strict with my self.
The first goal is to follow the low calorie diet for two weeks and then I have to go on the scale to see what I weight. Then I start to set up the future goals.
I really really really need to make this work.
