So my plan as of right now is to omad (pretty sure it’s eat one meal a day?) which is going to be dinner for me bc that’s the only time my family really sees me eat unless I snack at home which I will not longer be doing 🫶🏼 anyway so omad for Monday-Thursday and then fast all of Friday, and then metabolism day on Saturday which is eat when given or offered which is usually full meals and then Sunday is like still eat but slow wayyyy down and try to get all of the food earlier out of me with like prunes or something I rlly hope this works and honestly I don’t even have to omad I can just fast unless my grandma offers dinner

Okay so I need help, I’m doing a fast (currently at 14 hours) and this weekend I’m going to my aunts house and I WAS planning to fast until Sunday, eat under 600 calories and then Monday I’m going out to eat with friends and expecting to eat around 900 calories (it’s a 30 minute walk there and back so there’s that) but a part of me just wants to fast until Monday? Is that a bad idea? Won’t my body hold onto the burger for a while so idk what to do please give advice on what I should do !!

I completed my 30 hour fast!! My friend bought me a cake pop in the morning but I saved it until when my fast is over and now I’m eating a peach just so my stomach will calm down and hopefully it can help get the brownie out of me!! I’m really proud even if it’s only a measly 30 hours :)
