Harry overhears a man ranting about child soldiers in a bar and gets attached. Shouta gets to brag about his children (students) and gets curious. And maybe a bit possessive.
There's also a foiled kidnapping, over-protective police officers, out of the loop pro-heroes, shovel-talk toting students, bouts of extreme competency, and the occasional occurrence of feelings.
Harry goes on a vacation with Teddy and there is trouble that isn't Harry's fault. But Teddy gets to show off and Harry gets a new friend so everything's great! Hermione will be so proud of him.
Aizawa refuses to let his Problem Child travel back in time alone, even to fix a future where All for One was the victor. They go back with a plan that's more of a list, spend a year technically missing, and become rather effective vigilantes that fix some rather serious problems. And then it's time to be found, which seems to primarily result in lots of support and many hugs. Neither Izuku or Aizawa complain very much.

SUMMARY:
Aizawa gets called to England to deal with the Black family fortune and returns with a traumatized war hero cousin he will not be giving back. Aizawa's pretty sure his husband won't mind.
Harry meets an actually competent adult who actually understands, offers to take him away, and is willing to tell the Magical Word to shove it. Harry maybe gets attached.
Class 3A adopts another hero or two and learns that Problem Children who had megalomaniacs chasing them through school bond startlingly quickly. They also shouldn't be left alone with Nezu.
Of course a goblin would be the one to tell Harry that he had a surviving family member. His life never made sense, so he really shouldn't have expected assuming the Lordship of the House of Black to be easy.
And of course the last surviving Black wouldn't make Harry's life easy, either.
