ofc the day i start my fast i have to go to a funeral and then eat out with my family after at a table with over 12 people and there’s plates of food all around me…then i come back home and my mom pics up pizza but i havent ate and im so proud of myself

-Some seasonings
Around 302-400 cals thats a lot but its under my 1600 and hopefully i’ll be full for the fast wish me luck.
I feel terrible for eating this but idk omg i shouldn’t have done that i’m not gonna eat for days just to make up for this

Starting a 2 day fast this weekend. I know it doesn’t seem long, but I am an athlete and I do need just a little bit of food to keep me going for practice (thats the only reason i eat a little snack at school-by snack i mean fruit or vegetables ofc). Also I KNOW i will fail if I go any longer and I don’t want to hate myself for giving in. As time goes on I know I’ll be able to go on for longer!

What I ate today
I’m not exactly sure the specific number of strawberries i ate, i forgot to count, but i would say that was around 40-60 cal. Had that for lunch and now im eating al gratin potatoes for dinner which is around 150 cals, thats a lot. So i would say so far my sub cal count is around 190-210 which is pretty good considering im only allowing myself 1600 cals a day. I drink water too.

My Rules
-Drink water drink water drink water
-1200 cals a day
-1-2 meals a day
-First meal at 11:55, second at 5
-No late night meals-just go to sleep
-No snacks- craving? eat fruits/veggies with seasoning
-Sleep sleep sleep
-1 week with no rule breaks you get a cheat day on Sunday BUT back to fasting right after and only can eat 1600 cals!
-Fast 2 days a week, more if you are feeling good about yourself <3
