Jude Costume Design from Book 1. I have long wanted to draw clothes, and even when I was reading the book, I came to the conclusion that about characters and the world in history blackholly can only be said with the help of clothing design. I'll start with Jude and with your support I can draw all the other characters and characters. Green is the color of Madak, even Oriana and Jute (if she don't lie the prince) said that her favorite color. I was soy happy read the fact that the main character wears a necklace of rowan berries as protection from fairy magic, because it is part of the traditional costume in my country. Jude has silver elements in clothes, Carden has gold.I wanted to show the difference in their status, while emphasizing how much they do not blend together because we know the main rule in design it's "never combinat gold and silver👌 Her dress looks like empire-inspired dresses, so when we see the belt it looks like Jude is not wearing it "right". Also, while drawing, I did not want to draw outfits from a typical medieval fantasy, but wanted to create something new, since fairies constantly visit the world of people and make deals, I would like it to be reflected on their fashion. The blue dress was a test for me, I did not like it in the book because of the Cinderella effect. I like the idea of ​​gold embroidery, since the dress is a gift from Cardan and while picking it up, I am sure he was thinking that their images should be considered.
