I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO DO THE EVIL ARTSTYLE CHALLENGE!!

Okay I REALLY love how this turned out!

The asks I got suggested a grittier theme, with colder colors, harsher lighting, and cleaner lineart, which are all the opposite of the themes I usually incorporate in my style. And I think I was able to deliver! :D

To go along with the theme, I used Twilight Princess Link as my subject and I don't regret the decision. He is perfect, I tell you– I was proud of how I drew his hair too that I didn't even draw his hat LMAO

Evil artstyle suggestion:

Not good at art so my words might jumble my meaning a little bit here, but I notice that you tend towards rounder and warmer looking faces, generally speaking. For lack of training or knowledge of any better words to use in this situation, it's sort of like your art is squishy. You could try drawing someone colder and more broody looking, with really defined features and sharp edges. Kinda like a Batman sort of thing, I guess?

Maybe that's not an original suggestion, but I figured I'd at least try to give you ideas.

Thank you so much for the suggestion! I finished the challenge already! This helped me paint a picture of what I wanted the art to look like the most. I tried to go for a dark comic book feel, and tried to up the broodiness/grittiness as well.

I love your art but I don't really know what would be the evil version except using darker and duller colors. Consistent line width maybe, but I'm not sure if that really counts. You don't usually do black outlines either. ._. I don't draw, sorry if this isn't helpful.

for the evil art style challenge I think your main art traits are soft shading(?) and somewhat rough lineart (at least not that clean-) I don't know what it's called sorry
