Summary: Darius didn’t exactly believe in things such as fate or karma or the manipulation of higher beings. He was a rather empirical man and simply would not accept explanations for untimely or unusual events that did not boil down to pure coincidence or circumstance.

However, the little intruder he found inside his home coupled with the strange circumstances that forced the boy to stay there longer than Darius would have liked might have made him start questioning his beliefs a little.

The next time Darius has to take Hunter shopping with him, he's going to put him in a chest carrier like when Hunter was younger. He's not taking chances of Hunter wandering off and eating a candy bar again.

I know there are technically carriers like that for six year olds but I imagine Darius would probably just make Hunter sit in the cart instead- if he doesn’t just get Eda to babysit so he doesn’t have to deal with it at all. It would be a lot easier on Darius’ back lmao and the last thing he needs is more stress. If he wasn’t human in this AU, maybe he’d carry around Hunter in an abomination sling but he doesn’t have that option here

Though, imagining Darius carrying Hunter around in one of the big kid carriers or even just putting him on a leash is so funny to me. If Hunter is prone to wandering off in ANY public place, I could potentially see Darius resorting to those methods

I do like to think she’d make at least some effort to keep her hands to herself because deep down she still wants to reconcile with him but if he makes her mad enough her hands might get a little slippery

I'm kind of curious which character(s) would you say is hardest for you to draw and who are easiest for you to draw?

I think just if I’ve drawn them a lot, they tend to be easier. So Hunter TOH for example is one I’ve drawn pretty often so I can just sit and sketch him out pretty easily in like 20 mins tops. If it’s my first time drawing someone and I need to use a reference, that tends to be a smidge harder or at least takes a little longer.

Body types usually make a difference too. I tend to struggle with more muscular characters because I’m still learning how muscles work. Or any character with a non-humanoid body (like animals) since I primarily draw people.

Out of the characters I’ve been drawing recently, I guess Darius is the hardest (because of the muscles). Im trying so hard to learn how to not make him look like he hasn’t seen a gym in years.
