Just when the stress was at its limit and I wanted to see the outcome of that day, the photographer arrived to immortalize that moment... My graduation was an experience full of adrenaline, tears for believing I could not finish my last evaluation and then happiness to see the final result. And I knew it was just the beginning... "El Napoleón", también conocido como "Millefeuille", se originó en Francia hace más de un siglo. Este postre consta de capas de hojaldre y crema pastelera. Para ésta ocasión quise copiar el formato pero usando masa sablée para las capas con Chantilly y mi súper deliciosa crema de Parchita. Como guarnición: Reducción de fresas, fresas frescas y almendras. "The Napoleon" which is also known as "Millefeuille", originated in France more than a century ago. This dessert is made up of layers of puff pastry and pastry cream. For this occasion I wanted to copy the format but using a shortcrust pastry, whipped cream and my super delicious passion fruit curd.
