Ritual for Hecate: cleansing an item

- light two candles (preferably black) and incense to connect with Hecate (more about connecting with her in future post)

-once her presence is felt, begin chanting the following with item in hand

O hecate,

I call unto you,

For your wisdom and grace

Please cleanse this (insert item here)

I gratefully greet

Your mysterious power

And I shall

Forever be thankful

-once 3 times, pass the item through the incense smoke

-be sure to thank Hecate!
