There is the myth that the more testosterone the more sex you want. This is wrong as multiple studies and test showed. A little testosterone is needed for a Sex drive, but as experiments show, increasing or decreasing testosterone within a healthy and normal level had no influence on the sex drive. Only T levels that were unnaturally hight, as bodybuilder with anabolic may have could cause a higher sex drive, and only if you got zero T you would feel less need of sex, but even in this state you could have a sex drive. The fact that some ppl feel like they want more sex after taking testosterone is connected to the placebo effect. They simply expect to have a higher sex drive and therefore their brain makes it happen. So don't be afraid that you won't be able to control your sex drive after taking T. As long as you don't believe that anything changes nothing will change.

"White ppl have no culture." A sentence I hear over and over again. I won't speak for other countries because I don't know their culture that well. But I can speak for my home country Switzerland, we do have a culture and Swiss are white. I did just a quick collection of pictures that show the Swiss culture not in full but the most important parts, we got food, sports, music, clothing that is typically for our country.

I wouldn't recommend wearing your expensing binder while swimming. First of all you don't know how it reacts to water and it could get smaller. It's never a good thing to get your breath restricted while swimming. 2nd it could be heard to get it off

If you got no money or your afraid to ask your parents for a binder. Ask them if they would buy you 1-3 sports bras because you would like to do some more sports. They won't flat out your chest 100% but it will do the job up to a C cup. If it's not flat enough you could put on a 2nd One. But always make sure you can breathe fine.

Well after waiting an hour the sceptic looking nurse took me to my family doctor. I need his agreement to go to a Psychiatrist. Without that I would have had to pay everything by my self. I was a bit scared because he is kinda old and I didn't know how he would handle the situation. But well he just smiled and let me watch him scribbling words on a paper . After 20 minutes he gave me the paper with his autograph and told me to give this to my insurance and it should be fine. So this was easier than I thought he even respected my pronounce. So my insurance will pay for all my doctors and medicine and if I get lucky maybe even for top-surgery. It seems like I'm one lucky bastard to live in Switzerland.

Why should we care about ppl that hate us out of different reason? Well to be honest I sometimes don't know if we should care at all about them. I get in discussion so often, sometimes I even search for such conversations, hoping to change someon's mind hoping to reach someone's heart and make them think. But 99% of the time you can say what you want, you can say it, nice or angry or diplomatic it doesn't matter 99% of the time you will get shit from this ppl. And I so often get tired and wonder why I should care about what those ppl think. I'm training to tell myself that they are the poor and blind once that will life that hatful life. I tray to tell my self that it doesn't matter that I don't have to care. But honestly I do care and I have to, deep down my heart wants me to care. Not because It would bother me what they think about me personally I mean I could care less about their opinion about me. But I do care about their opinion about Trans, or LGBTQ+ ppl in general, because if all the Lgbtq ppl before us didn't cared, if they didn't have fought for our rights If they didn't have educated ppl over and over again we could be ourselves as we are know. I do care because we are not at the finish line of our fight we still have some hills to climb so I feel like if we just stop caring and think "well let them be idiots." It could turn on us. Even though I get so frustrated about the stupidity of some ppl over and over again I do think we should still care instead of ignoring such thing. I don't want to say that every body has to go full SJW, by all means No! I want to say that maybe we shouldn't always bit our thongs and sometimes try to educate when ppl making stupid comments. If we talk diplomatic and back us up with science maybe we will reach someone's heart and make them rethink. And even if we only change the opinion of one person, this one person would br my reason to still care.

Cyberskin packer got some infamous reputation. But they aren't that bad. Do you ned Supplements to get ripped? Of course not. Can it be helpful to take some ore make it easier to get all the nutritions you need? Yes. If you want to take supplements ore not is completely up to you. The only thing I will do is state my opinion about it and give some tips. 1. First ting first, one thing that is most likely the most helpful and the less complicated supplements is Protein Powder. It's practical because it can provide you with a lot of proteins and it's cheaper than training to get the same amount out of meet and eggs. But of course natural protein is still better, but for ppl like me who have problems to get enough it's really handy and I never had some health problems with it. 2. Testosterone booster: this is a big topic for FTM i guess. And there are two types of Testo booster. The first one is actually anabolic and I really would recommend to keep away from that stuff. It can get dangerous and your health will be damaged. The other possibility it to take testo booster that use nutritions that will help your body to produce more Testosterone. Still not the most healthy thing to use, but It won't be to bad if you take it a while. 3. There are a tone of different things you could take some are good some aren't the best thing but in general if you take anything just follow the advice on the product.

I see ppl doing push-ups wrong all the time and they are so gloating around how many they can do. So here some pictures how it should look like. You shouldn't turn your head like I did but that's somethings I do now and then but it's not necessary harmful if you don't do it all the time. The most effective is to go down very slowly and then push up faster without losing your form. I know it looks like I would rest my weight on the floor but I don't my belly just touched the floor a little bit

There is a huge difference between building up huge muscles and building actually strong muscles. So if you only want being really ripped and get huge muscles. You should train with maximum weights so you only can do 3 repeats. On that way you create bigger scaring in your muscles so they will grow big faster. But you will end up being a one repeat wonder. So you may get the strength to move heavyweight one time but your muscles would be tired pretty fast. If you go to the gym to get some nice definition but not to much. Try wights you can lift 10-12 times and do 3 sets with 30sec brake between the sets. On this way you will get much more dense mass of muscles. They won't getting that big but thy are suited for actually work over a longer time. So that's the basics of course if you go to the gym more often you can do a combination of both

So this is not advertisement and I don't get any money from Rodeoh. I just want to talk about the STP I use and I haven't seen an Review about it yet. It's about the 2ed Gen. STP Prosthetic I bought from Rodeoh So lets start of with the cons: - the STP is a bit tricky to use. - Mine has a bit a bad quality of material but I was told it isn't normal. - If you don't know how to wear it it can be painful after time. - The shaft is a bit short for the fun part. So now to the Pro's + It is the most realistic 3 in one STP I have seen so far. + It's cheeper than comparable products +it has silicon balls that are feeling pretty realistic and nice. +as soon as you figure out how to pee it works pretty good + it is one handed +it's perfectly easy to clean. +it's not sticky at all. So those are he general points I can think of. Overall I like my STP. It's my first one. It really helped my dysphoria even though it isn't exactly comfy all the time. I wrote Rodeoh and told them about my cons and they were extremely friendly and told me that there should be a 3. Gen out in the near future and they would design underwear specially for the STP. So I hope it will be a even better product and maybe it's a good Idea to wait for it an check it out before buying anything.

Even though we need salt for our body we tend to eat too much since it is in nearly every instead food is a lot of salt. And since it is one of the main reasons for water retention underneath the skin you should cut your consumption at least a little. How? Try to cook fresh food and don't put to much salt in it. Avoid fast food restaurants at all.
