Soft zevlor x tav headcanons

Dude melted the moment he saw Tav enter the fray at the gate. Immediate heart pounding, who are they, why do they care? ("Show some respect! That is the woman/man/person that just saved your pathetic life!")

I've seen people mention it, and it's true: zevlor slouches when he's speaking to Tav but stands straight all other times. This means one of two things. He's either so relieved at the sense of safety they bring that he relaxes and allows himself to be tired, oooor he's incredibly nervous around them because THEY'RE JUST SO PRETTY.

My guy is 100% an acts of service and words of affirmation kind of lover, but he loves physical touch too. This unfortunately leads to arguments if tav is also the acts of service type.

They're born from love and worry though. ("What were you thinking? You could have been killed! And for what? For me?! You're far more important than me!" Trope anyone?)

Zev is sleeeeepy. Not like as a disposition but because he owes a massive sleep debt that he'll never be able to repay. Often finds himself waking up with his head in Tavs lap after falling asleep somewhere random.

Motherfucker PINES for tav. So in love, so unworthy, so desperate to protect, so unable to do anything. He's a hopeless romantic mess about them.

And once the relationship is established? Oh it gets SO much worse.

Remember that Zev carries a crushing amount of guilt and self-hatred. This leads to nights crying by Tavs side and begging them to tell him why, why? You could have anyone why him?

He has insomnia. He spends nights awake guarding his precious tav, his new oath.

This man gives the most hand-on-the-small-of-you-back energy. Anywhere, any time, for no reason at all.

Is definitely the type who would offer tav his hand to help them down the stairs even thought they clearly don't need it.

Loves brushing tavs hair, speaking gently to them about the future, the past, everything and nothing at all.

Goes without saying he is definitely the "shield your body with my own" type. Poor baby.

Guy proposes so fast. Like 2 months in and he's bought the ring and is waiting to pop the question. It's not a rush thing so much as he's just so SURE it's forever.

And last but certainly not least? Little spoon. Period.

A little blurb, cause cyberpunk is updating.

Soft Rolan x tav headcannons

So to start out, I think it goes without saying that the only people in his life he's soft for is Lia, Cal and, after much warming up and pining, Tav.

And on the note of pining, it's such a mix of his usual pissy self and ever so soft moments.

When they're having their usual moments it's a lot of teasing and rolan whining cause he wants tavs attention. ("You! Look at the new effect I've added to my Thunderwave! Tav. Tav! Look!") ("I love Lia and Cal more than my own life, but must they accompany us to the market every time? What do you mean you can go alone, no I'm coming with you.")

But those softer moments? The setting sun shining through the windows of the tower, Tav relaxing and playing a game of cards with Lia and Cal while Rolan reads one of his mant tomes?

And he just looks up at them and. Oh.

Oh he feels so content. His family is there, Tav included even if they aren't yet his family in the way he would LIKE (husband/wife ehem.)

You know the soft, pleased little "hmmm" he makes when you say you'll leave him to his study after killing lorroakin? That little sound embodies his true feelings for Tav.

Once they're in an established relationship its a whole different game. Man is WHIPPED but will vehemently deny it to anyone who pokes fun.

"Darling,you needn't spend so long cleaning that blade, I can help." "Dearest, I do hate when you come home bruised. And DON'T start on how it's okay, because it's not. How did you feel when you saw me bloodied and battered? Well, it's the same for me about you."Please, if not a healing potion, then let me use a spell, my muse."

*cough cough* "They're MY responsibility" *cough*

Well, now tav is too.

Behind closed doors, when the rest of the harsh world is no longer there to cause him ire or bolster his bitterness, he is a different man.

Soft whispered nothings, heads resting on shoulders, be it tavs on his or vice versa. Tail wrapped around their waist or wrist.

He strikes me as the type who would be fond of kissing the inside of their wrist or their tired hands.

Protective but also so so in need of protecting. We know the world has been unkind to him, that his birth family is not around for whatever reason. He would melt as proper care and affection.

Worry or being upset presents itself as anger from him, but once all is well and safe he will cling to Tav, whispering apologies and crying.

The first time he woke with his head resting on Tav's chest he nearly cried.

Overall he is, in his own right, so tender and gentle. When one manages to earn his heart, they've earned it in its entirety.

Wyll x injured!Tav headcanons because I'm weak for mister doomed by the narrative. Also because while I LOVE all our problematic babes, Wyll is the closest to what I would want in a real relationship.

⚔️Wyll⚔️ x Injured! Tav

So you know how Wyll admits he literally wants a love like in bard songs and love stories?

Expect him to have the same kind of reaction to injuries that people in such would have.

So, of course, the moment he sees the blade of an enemy pierce what he believes is Tav's chest, he lets out the most pained, strangled cry.

If there are any remaining enemies, he'll drop them within seconds or straight up leave the others in the group to deal with them before making a mad dash for Tav.

Trembling hands. whispers of sorrow, self-blaming, and curses pass through his lips like a cursed prayer to Mizora herself.

When he sees all the blood he does his best to stay calm and whisper reassurances to Tav

"I've got you, my love. It's alright, it's gonna be alright. We'll get you fixed up. I'm so sorry but I'm here now."

Tears but no sobs. He has to keep calm for them.

When Tav starts struggling to get up from his hold, he's horrified. Had that blade carried a curse of madness?

He begins to beg them to lay back, that they need to save their strength, they're delirious

Honestly feels like he's going to throw up

Tav's hand gently caressing his cheek is what catches him off guard.

They're smiling at him. Bloody fucking blade through their chest and he's smiling.

Except there isn't a blade through their chest. There's a deep wound on the inner part of Tav's upper arm - where the blade had pierced when it fell between their arm and chest.

Relieved sobby laughs.

Thanks gods he no longer trusts for their safety.

Kisses of relief peppered all across Tav's face

Followed by stern attention to the wound and him gently and carefully bandaging the wound, giving the task as much focus as disarming a trap may take.

Slightly clingy for some time after. Not suffocatingly so, but enough for it to be notable.

Kissed the bandaged wound every night before bed until its healed and then kisses the scar it leaves at every opportunity afterward.

Just a dopey, deeply in love, prince of a man who desperately loves his Tav and would be a wreck if he ever saw them so much as wince.
