It’s been a minute since I’ve posted on my VSG account. Weight loss is steady, I’m losing an average of ten pounds a month. Sometimes my mind plays tricks on me and I feel like I’m never going to reach my goal... but ultimately this is a journey and I need to trust the process. I’m eight months post op and down 115 pounds!! It absolutely blows my mind but I’m really enjoying finding and falling in love with myself all over again. So many things I can do now that I couldn’t before because my weight was holding me back. I have 50 pounds until my goal weight. I will get there when I get there and not a moment sooner!!!
