Proship: I support problematic shippers. I don't think drawing or writing for pleasure as a pasttime makes you a criminal, no matter the content. I won't list the crimes that antishippers accuse proshippers and problematic shippers of committing. It is disgusting that they should mention it when it is not relevant, especially if done with the intention of causing psychological destruction to a real human being. Indeed, it was the antishippers that made people feel unsafe, since they were the ones who mentioned fictional crimes as if they were real. It was the antishippers who sent death threats and suicide baiting to problematic shippers. For this reason, the word proshipper was invented. I think people should be free of online harassment if they choose to avoid it. I have been proship since before proshipping was a word. This should all go without saying, but I consider myself guilty for not calling myself a proshipper sooner, and allowing the antiship sentiment to proliferate without reproach. PS: If you need to block me, please do! Your mental health is more important than social acceptance.
