Hey! I am so sorry for anwsering this late I had to log off of tumblr for about a week because my family has been having some internet issues but at least i get to anwser it now

Five things that make me happy would be my boyfriends (obviously), my cats, rainstorms, making art even if i'm not able to do it as much anymore, and probably my comfort shows and movies such as the night at the museum movies and bohemian rhapsody

please excuse any spelling errors this is being written on mobile while im standing in line to get me covid vaccine in the southern heat-

- Joan is definetly a plant mom. Her favorite is her first one that she got when she was around 10 and it somehow stayed alive. Also jfk (or anyone you ship her with) has definetly taken her to a plant nursery or wherever you get plants like that for a date at some point.

- Jfk's first word was 'mama', much to the horror of his dads (and yes i did steal that from that one modern family episode)

- I don't like abe as much as the next clone high fan does but my friend gave me the hc that he secretly really likes to write. He has an entire storage bucket filled to the brim with notebooks he's written in since he was in like the 7th grade under his bed.

- Cleo has a summer job as a photographer. idk why i just feel like she'd have one like this.

- Joan has a secret love for history but has never told anyone considering the fact that she's the biological duplicate of a historical figure. Her favorite eras to study is ancient rome and the wild west era.

- Cleo once had a very intricate detailed dream about all of the clones some how being sent back to their clone parents times and having to live through their lives up until their deaths. It was so detailed she could write down the entire dream. I might write a fic based off of this.

- All the clones have reacuring nightmares about their clone parents and their deaths but none of them ever talk about it even though it happens to all of them.

- Joan dyed her hair a TON of different colors before she settled on pink. Her favorite was when she had red that faded into black.

note: most of these are just me projecting onto these characters so it might be a little ooc

also these can be modern or canon era - Sarah really loves plants and when she meets the rest of the newsies she gives some of them plants she thinks match their personality

- Jack has a ton of little cactus, Race has a small jade plant, Spot has some spiral aloe and crutchie has some hanging burrows-tail

- Spot loves spicy food and Jack can't stand anything that tastes even remotely citrus-y

- Race and Jack have ADHD, Albert has ADD, Davey has dyslexia and OCD

- Jack really likes to draw repetitive designs especially when he's stressed

- Race wears glasses and is borderline legally blind without them yet refuses to wear them, mostly because he loses them

- Katherine and Crutchie have giant collections of crystals

- Spot gets really creeped out by mirrors and has to cover the ones in his room to sleep.

- Jack doodles on himself to calm himself down

- Spot really likes horror movies, especially gorey ones, but he can't handle any that have to do with parasites or aliens

- Daveys favorite movies are the night at the museum movies

- Jack HATES spiders and usually has to call one of the other newsies to deal with it.

- Crutchie loves the lion king musical on broadway

- Les will ocassionally sneak animals into the lodging house even though none of the other newsies can figure out how he does it.

Newsies tattoo hc's cause im bored and tired and sad and haven't posted in a while

- Jack got his first tattoo at age 16. He got into stick-and-poke tattoos for a bit and gave himself one and gave a few of his friends some. His first one was originally going to be a super detailed cactus with a ton of flowers growing on it but after he realised how painful and long it would take he settled for a rose. He really got into tattoos when he was in his early 20s and by the time he was 25 he was almost covered in them. His favorite is a cactus on his forearm with the date he met crutchie (Or davey or Katherine or whoever you ship him with) written on the inside. The one he regrets the most is what remains of the rose he gave himself when he was 16.

- Crutchie got his first tattoo around the same time as Jack when he got into stick-and-poke tattoos. Jack originally didn't want to practice on him after he realized how much it hurt but after a lot of begging, puppy dog eyes and convincing Jack caved. He got a pretty simple bumble bee on his ankle that the rest of the group only found out about a few months after he got it in the summer. He didn't get too into tattoos as he got older but he did end up getting two more. He got a tattoo like Jacks but instead of a cactus it's a crutch. His next one he actually got after a few too many drinks with the group. He only discovered it when he accidentally ran into a table and found a pretty big sunflower on his lower abdomen the next day. He asked his friends about it and the only evidence of him getting it aside from y'know it being on his body, was a video on Romeos phone of a clearly very drunk Crutchie laying on the tattoo table and most of the rest of the group chanting something unintelligable.

- Davey got his first tattoo at 18, a little bit after he met Jack and began to kinda loosen up from his kinda up tight life. It was done at a group hang out that kinda not really accidentally turned into a sleep over during a game of truth or dare. It's a pretty simple stick-and-poke bookshelf tattoo (this was while Jack was going through that stick-and-poke phase). He only ended up getting one more when he was in his mid 20's that was also a result of a drunken night. This time no one remembered it or really that night in general. It's a surprisingly detailed dragon fly on his shoulder blade that was only discovered when he came out of his room in one of Jacks (or whoever you ship him withs) tank-tops and everyone saw it.

- Race got his first tattoo at 21. It's a simple race horse on the back of his thigh as a result of another game of truth or dare with the group. He actually ended up getting quite a few more tattoos over the years. One of them being an oyster with his famous line written in a type writer font on his stomach. Another is the brooklyn bridge with the date he met spot written next to it on his chest just over his heart. He isn't really big on cheesy romantic gestures like that but on their 20th anniversary Race surprsied Spot with it.

- Spot got his tattoo a few years after he met race and just a couple of months after he started his relationship with Race. It's a vintage looking key on his bicep. Just like Jack he ended up being covered in them when he got older. Just a few to name is a crown on his left forearm, A heart on both his middle fingers, and a rose on his calf. There mostly on his arms and chest but he does have a few scattered ones on his back.

- Katherine got her first tattoo about a year before she met Jack and the others. She got it as a form of rebelliance against her dad although he didn't find out about it till she was an adult. It's a vintage feathered quill and ink on her back that she got when she was 17. She didn't end up being too into tattoos as she grew up but she did get a few more. Her favorite is a light house on a cliff on her stomach that she decided to get after a particularly good article of hers was published and she got some extra cash.

Extras: - Romeo has an homage to his name in the form of a bottle of poison and a dagger on his left and right fore arms.

- Specs has a pair of vintage glasses on his back.

- Kid blink has a bill cipher like eye on his chest and a snake wrapped around a dagger on his leg.

- Albert has a flame on his hip that he got after he lost a bet with Race.

- Sarah has a ton of plant like tattoos all over her cause i love plant mom sarah. Her favorite is a succulent she had Katherine draw for her 20th birthday.
