Hello, I’m Fotis De Tao.
If you have searched about meditation techniques in the past I’m sure that you have already heard how important is to breathe properly when meditate.
The correct breathing is vital not only for meditating purposes but for everything in your life. In the end, breathing is the procedure that gives you life.
If you start to breathe deep you will discover a new world. Everything in your life will become easier and deeper. You will be able to spend more energy during your day, you will be more focused on what you do, your immune system will be boosted, your digestive system will work better, you can eliminate stress, anxiety, fear and many other benefits.
Deep breathing is simple but it needs a good guidance and practice. After you have trained yourself to breathe deep it will be very easy to do it for the rest of your life.
In this guide I will explain to you what is ‘Anapanasati’. Or in other words 'conscious breathing’. Or in other words 'the breathing meditation’.
Anapanasati is when you breathe consciously, when you realy become one with your breath. This is very important in order to control your breath and train yourself so you can breathe deep and benefit yourself, as I said before.

When I started my journey to meditation I experienced many challenges. This is when I decided to take a step back and analyze the situation again.
I discovered all the mistakes I made back then so I decided to take it from the beginning again.
My goal was to take one step at a time so I can really do some progress.
