Hey, hey, don't cry, that's good, okay?
3 days are enough to get rid of 2-5kg of water weight if you eat healthy and drink enough water.
3 days aren't enough for your body to gain more that 1kg if you gonna binge.
3 days are enough to plan your diet.
3 days are enough to decide if you wan't high or low restriction and why.
3 days are enough to change yourself for better. These are just so small yet so important in a first days of dieteting.
