Honestly you guys this makes me so happy. I found this quote a while ago and it resurfaced on Pinterest so I thought I’d share it. I so wish people would stop using the church (or any church in general) as an excuse for being hateful. One of our most simple commandments is to Love one another. No ifs, ands, or buts. I promise it’ll make you so much happier if you don’t look at another person with judgement, trying to find what’s wrong with them. Just see them with love in your heart. It goes for anyone no matter the color of their skin or the person they love, or whatever challenges they might be facing in life.

Religion isn't always an easy topic. For me it's just part of my life, and I've grown up with it. I'm part of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Because that's such a mouthful, is also known as the LDS church, or the Mormon church. I'm only 14, and I'm still figuring out life and myself, but I know that I believe in it. While I'm one of the more liberal members, and don't always agree to everything, it is my Church. And yes, we are Christian.
