Perfect pic and totally my mood for this gloomy May Day!! Of all rainy days today I’d just like to go sit and listen to the water hit the rocks. I am not sad but more so at peace. Losing a parent isn’t Easy but being a single parent along with being a business owner is rather trying. Not being in the salon for two months something I’ve done for more than 11 years was really hard. I’ve been in dark since my father passed and since I’ve had no choice but to get to know me. I’ve been intimate with myself, seen my flaws, saw my potential and that has honestly Made me really love this part of this pandemic. Talking to other women has always been so important to me because I know we tend to need an honest listener. I’ve listened to me lately more ever. More than that we feel we need a friend, I’ve learned that’s more so what God is for. But to have someone simply listen to you has been what i found to be my love for my profession.
