So Danny is tired of all of his friends and family saying he has zero fashion sense, so he decides to get advice from the most fashionable people he knows. The fucking Wayne family. Bruce with his alternate playboy and business styles, Tim with his up to date trendy clothes, Dick with his out there yet still good looking, Damian with his sharpness, etc etc. Plus, Danny doesn't really pay attention to much else media/fashion wise and has only seen them once at a Gala he was forced to go with Sam.
Anyways, he also decides to do this the worst way possible, by stealing their clothes. They're millionaires, they won't notice, right?
Well they didn't really notice or think about at first, as clothes tend to go missing all the time with as many siblings as there is. Though when they begin to accuse each other and stuff and find out that their clothes is straight up disappearing, they begin to get suspicious.
So they join together and begin to take turns watching carefully of their wardrobes, only to find out that it was a teen with superpowers who just wanted to be fashionable.

Word of the Day dpxdc Prompt #40
September 21: Regimen
In order to stay healthy and keep himself from freezing over, Danny tries to use his ice powers at least every few weeks or so. He didn't know that he'd be found out by some hero organization who thought he just had ice powers and flight, something they also found impressive. He might have joined, mainly because it would allow him to use his ice powers without restriction.
Now, though, how was he supposed to explain his other powers that he has been keeping secret? Especially whenever there is a world ending event, and he knows he needs to help somehow.

Word of the Day dpxdc Prompt #39
September 20: Churlish
Dan was seen as rude and dangerous, a being never to be freed or messed with.
And then Klarion heard that and decided as a chaos entity himself he must ignore all of that and release Dan.

Word of the Day dpxdc Prompt #38
September 19: Pontificate
Klarion loved to talk about himself in a high regard, especially when he was beating down those he thought lesser of (the Young Justice team).
That was until Phantom came along and beat his ass.
Wait, why was Klarion singing Phantom's praises now? Shouldn't he have a grudge against the person who embarrassed him in front of the others?
(They don't understand anything about ghost culture, or Infinite Realm culture in general for that matter.)

September 14: Harbinger
Whenever the sky turned green, some already knew what was to come.
Those who didn't would soon know.
The line that separates life and death has blurred too much, and it's time to be corrected.

Word of the Day dpxdc Prompt #36
September 13: Abstain
Danny had to often stop himself from indulging his intrusive thoughts, his emotions much amplified with his ghost half.
Though, in a universe not so far away, what if their Danny wasn't as self restraining? What if that Danny gave up on using his ghost powers for pure good.
What if that universe was the DC one?

Word of the Day dpxdc Prompt #35
September 12: Fallible
For a long time, most people idealized Phantom as perfect, having never truly lost a fight and yet was known to be merciful.
Then he disappeared, and rumors began flying high about what could have happened.
Perhaps Phantom wasn't as perfect as they thought...
Though Danny always knew that, the expectations placed on him unwillingly were too much. It's why he decided to lay low in the most unassuming universe he thought of, so that he could restart everything and be him.
How was he supposed to know that his assumption and expectation of this universe were wrong? Oh, the irony.

Word of the Day dpxdc Prompt #34
August 26: Suffrage
Danny, having grown up in the USA, is used to it's political system and the ability to vote.
So whenever the Observants try to force a crown on his head, especially without consulting the rest of the citizens in the Infinite Realms, he decides that the old way of things needs to change. He enforces a democracy and sets up an election for any entity belonging to the Infinite Realms to vote on anybody else. (He is also hoping that this means they won't vote for him)
He sends a card to every ghost/liminals/etc telling them to pick somebody who will take place as the new president (king? something else??) of the Infinite Realms.
Several members of the Justice Legaue (and JLD) did not expect the card, some of them not even knowing what the Infinite Realms is or how they're related to it. Others freak out, as the person who rules over the Infinite Realms has to be somebody dependable, so they begin to think and plan it out.
Then there's also the villains, and who knows what chaos they're planning to do with this new opportunity.

Word of the Day dpxdc Prompt #33
August 23: Duplicity
Phantom was an ancient ghost known in many legends and tales to be a trickster. He was depicted as powerful, mysterious, elusive.
So how is that Tim found out that he was a teenager who, for some reason, loved time shenanigans?

Word of the Day dpxdc Prompt #32
August 22: Lackluster
Jason didn't know that in most ghosts' eyes, he was seen nothing but half of what they were. He didn't expect for their to be classes in the afterlife or that somebody could even die halfway. Was halfa a derogatory term?
That's when Danny came into the picture, apparently being just like him. Somebody who died and came back wrong when nobody was supposed to be able to come back at all. He was well known as scrapper, somebody who could win a fight, but usually in an unexpected way. Or a nice way to say he fought dirty.
Will the two rise in the ranks and finally fix the terrible system that the Infinite Realms had set in place, or will they fail and be shown that halfas truly are weak?

Word of the Day dpxdc Prompt #31
August 21: Frisson
Dani was excited to finally be a part of a team, having been through most of her life in the shadow of her beloved brother Danny. It was her time to show everyone that she could be as much of a hero as him, though this time along with other teenage heroes.
She didn't know how joining the Young Justice team was going to cause a ripple of effects, whether that be good or bad.

Word of the Day dpxdc Prompt #20
July 24: Evince
Ghosts, being made of emotions, have little control over how much they show and often lead to those emotions swaying what they do.
So whenever Phantom, a powerful ghost, becomes a member of Justicr League Dark, most members are afraid to tip him off after hearing how emotional ghosts can be. Danny is just wondering why his team members are practically walking on eggshells around him. He didn't do anything, right? Maybe he should ask and apologize because he's starting to feel a bit lonely from the overly polite smiles that put a barrier between him and people he was hoping to be friends with.
The JLD are freaking out more whenever they see how money and upset Phantom has gotten, wondering if they should apologize in case they did something even after how careful they've been.

Word of the Day dpxdc Prompt #28
August 1: Perquisite
Damain, needing more experience for whenever he one day took over his father's company, had decided to do it his own way and apply for a position at another well-known company called VladCo. He got a high-ranking position at the branching company Axion Labs and was already steadily making his way up, determined for the public eye to see that he deserved his Father's company instead of just inheriting it (he didn't want to be ridiculed like Tim, people always saw his youth as inexperience, when it was quite the opposite).
What he'd never expect was for the main company's CEO, Daniel Masters, to personally reach out to congratulate Damian for his remarkable work and new position allowing him to oversee everything going over in Axion Labs. After the very suspicious conversation, where it felt less like a congratulation and more like an interrogation, did Damian actually take a step back and look at what really was going on. Somehow, his own foolish goals blinded him from the real mystery of VladCo and Axion Labs, especially the reveal for who Daniel Masters really was.

Word of the Day dpxdc Prompt #29
August 2: Contiguous
Many spots all over the globe had reported stolen goods or other small items, each time the camera becoming glitches. At first, it wasn’t anything to pay attention to, after all the things stolen were small (mainly being food, clothing, etc.). Nothing for anybody other than the owners and police to worry about, never reaching large media.
Though if it did, perhaps they would have connected it sooner, that these weren't just random events. It wasn't until the figure was finally caught on an old camera that it reached popularity, the shaky photo showing a blurry figure looking right at the camera, the only thing clear being toxic green eyes and stark white hair, running off with stolen goods. The conspiratists quickly latched on, soon connected the dots before even world known heroes even thought to.
Now the Justice League are met with a possible person, who obviously was something other than just plain human, with an unknown power set and motive. And while they're trying to figure out how the being keeps escaping each time with ease, more things have been stolen.
(In reality, it's just Dani, who, while off exploring the world, needed a few things and decided that taking borrowing a few of those things won't hurt...)
