saw a silly reddit post earlier that was the usual whining about no content etc. but this argument of “the fandom is dying!!!” as a reason for them to post content is losing its power(idk the right word i’m looking for so this will do).

like they’re saying the fandom is dying because there’s no content and people are bored. and i get that thats like natural in fandom space, if you’re bored move on.

but i don’t actually think the fandom “dying” is a bad thing and, honestly, HOT TAKE!! a little!!! maybe dream kind of wants it to die a little….. the fandom dying will not take away the millions of views his videos will inevitably get. nor will it really hinder their careers. honestly having less crazy stans try and force content out of them sounds great. and dream will get to treat his job almost like a normal person would- he gets to sit down and create content and have fun with it without worrying about “losing stans” or whatever

this is so random but ive had this thought a few times but like isnt it so crazy that. the gogcident happened a few days after everyone was like. praising george for being so respectful of sylvee and quick to act when she was climbing the rock wall on sapnap’s stream so that the stream wouldn’t accidentally upskirt her likehe turned the camera onto him and like entertained the stream a little until she was back down on the ground
