At The Same Place

Inspired by: Produce 101 35 Girls 5 Concepts (seriously though, listen to this song)

~ 001 ~

As I walk by the same place where we met, I suddenly think of you, say hello to you...

The cherry blossom trees had just grown again, and the when I saw the spot where you and I first bumped into each other, tears couldn't stop falling from my eyes. I had just exited the library when I decided to walk through my favourite park. The exam that had recently popped up, I had to do my best. That was when I unexpectedly hit something hard. I didn't realise the thing I bumped into was my first friend. My first best friend. Time suddenly fell upon us, and we had to leave unfortunately.

All I know that we are under the same sky, under the same time, and under the same place.

The world seemed colder than before, while you made your way past the crowd. They all sounded happy by their laughs and smiles, but you had no idea why. This place was cruel, your life was cruel, what had happened to you during the twenty-three years you had to live through was cruel. The pain that hit you the most was when your best friend couldn't be there for you. He was never there anymore. Your safety blanket couldn't cover you.

"I'll stay with you forever."

That was when until you saw him happily kiss another girl on your apartment balcony. He was the one who sent it to her and she accepted it gladly. And that was when you couldn't trust anything or anyone anymore.

We were too young to understand love, so I bid you goodbye

A/N: hope you like it since it is my first piece of writing I posted up here! Keep reading~~

After spending some time on your studies, you could finally take a nap for once in three whole days. THREE. WHOLE. DAYS. Once you jumped onto the bed, an arm wrapped around waist, pulling you towards the snake. Hwang Minhyun. When you looked up towards him, his lips curved into a smirk before giving you a peck on the forehead.

“That was three days you haven't been sleeping with me. And now that's three days you have to repay.” You wondered why you even ended up with this guy. Was it because of your music assignments? Or maybe because you were study partners? It never really occurred to you on how you got this beautiful piece of living art. 

He hugged you tighter, making it difficult to breathe, but you somehow managed to survive his muscly arms. Minhyun gave you a light kiss on your neck before snoozing off to sleep, and it wasn't long before you did too.

The next day was typical. Morning routine for Sunday, not getting out of bed, turning on the TV, watching it for hours, and then getting back to sleep. The two of you were like vampires, not bothered going outside for vitamin D. It was just inside, and you liked it that way.

“I love you so much~~” His honey voice echoed throughout your ears, making your heart flutter a bit. Minhyun never ceased to make you smile, whether it's raining, or sunny, he would always be the happy virus. But today, he wasn't bothered to do anything. Just wanted to sleep in your arms forever. 

It had been five hours, twenty-three minutes and forty-one seconds since you got out of Minhyun’s embrace, and you were making breakfast for the two of you. You could still hear his snores from inside, making a little chuckle escape from your lips. He was squeezing a pillow tight, in which you had replaced yourself with.

“Y/N-ah...” He softly said waking up with a puffy face. He looked around and only saw a pillow in which he had been holding for hours. Minhyun searched around for you, and ran outside, to see his one and only girlfriend, you. Minhyun was always like an older brother, over-protective, but also kind and caring at the same time. 

His arms slithered around you again, and he had placed his chubby face on your shoulders, admiring at your delicious pancakes. He smelt the butter that you dolloped onto the top of the pancake, and ate it all in one bite. After a few seconds, he pulled you in for a warm kiss on the lips. It tasted like your everyday pancakes, having all the flavours included. But not to worry, Minhyun’s handsome face is all that you need. Well, except for food and drinks.

“What are you thinking of?”

“On how I ended up with a dork like you?”

“Nerd.”

“Momma’s boy.”
