Today, russian airstrike killed three people and a dog who were just strolling down the street of Odesa.
Over 20 were injured.
Ironically, one of the (lightly) injured people is Serhii Kivalov, a former pro-russian politician, who in 2012 co-authored a bill that made russian to be essentially the state language in Ukraine.
His castle is now on fire as a result of this strike. Yes, his castle.
update: 5 people have been killed

so fucking tired of everything, just want everyone to finally start killing each other and leave us the fuck alone. ww3? yeah come on you are following all of the steps of the second one, so why postpone it? russia, usa, iran, israel, china, north korea - just come at each other, show how much of the big guys you are but without OUR LIVES. "oh we shot down all of the shakheds and did it more effectively than ukraine" - yeah because you did it with f-35, you morons, while ukraine does it everyday on pickups with projectors instead of a high-tech programs.

It's been wild watching how far russia is willing to go to justify the genocide in Ukraine. They are willing to use the tragedy and the cold dead bodies of their own civilians to explain why they are killing us. They aren't even good at lying, but somehow it's always enough to make someone believe.
At first they said the terrorists arrived in a car with ukrainian license plates. Then disproved it. They said the terrorists were moving towards the Belarusian border. Then quickly changed that version to the Ukrainian border instead. Apparently, the citizens of Tajikistan recruited by ISIS worked for Ukraine. When putin shits his pants, it's because the Ukrainians forced him to.
Not even a few hours had passed before the russians got to writing on the shells with which they bomb Ukraine that this is their revenge for the Moscow's Crocus Hall. "To the pigs (that's what they call us) for the Crocus Hall"
This is not surprising in the slightest. But it is still wild to see. Russian society is sick. There is nothing sacred for them. No empathy even for their own. No respect for the victims. Everything revolves around one goal: to justify their hatred and their crimes.

As y'all know I've been having trouble getting a good night's sleep
I was gonna go to bed earlier last night, got super ready and comfortable to finally sleep when BAM an air raid siren blares because ruzzians decided to fire missiles at Ukraine. Just my fucking luck.
It got real loud in Kyiv at around 4-5 AM but somehow I did manage to sleep through some of it. Tho initial explosions as a result of missiles being shot down did scare me.
And these are the results of these missile attacks on Kyiv:
Remember: ruzzia is a fucking terrorist state

This is a frame from a russian TV report from Avdiivka, a town destroyed by the russian army.
The inscription reads: "The Russian world saved the Donbas"
They came and razed entire cities to the ground, killed a lot of people and left even more homeless. All for the sake of placing the USSR flag on the background of the lifeless ruins and calling it liberation.
They really are proud of it.

Two years ago on this day, Russia committed one of the most cynical and bloody war crimes of this war. Airstrike on the Mariupol Drama Theater, which was used as a shelter for civilians remaining in the city under the russian siege. It had "children" written in large letters in front of it for the russian pilots to see. Except they took it as a target, not as a warning.
It is heartbreaking to think that we will never know the number of victims, the russians wiped out all the edivence.
On this day two years ago, some of us realized that russia is capable of anything if it remains unpunished. There are no moral boundaries for this evil.

My grandmother's town in Donetsk oblast (Myrnohrad) is being shelled by the russians almost daily. She is afraid that she will have no home to return to, and she's probably right.
Luckily, the UK, where she found refuge, recently extended her visa for another year and a half, so she's very happy and relieved. She's learning English, which is not the easiest task at her age, especially considering that she has also switched from russian, the language she has spoken all her life, to Ukrainian.
It is so hard to start a brand new life, the life you didn't choose, in your late years. Her grandson (my cousin) is in the UAF, fighting invaders. Her house could be destroyed any day.
But at least she found new friends in the UK, she's by the sea and she feels welcomed. Just thought my UK mutuals might be happy to hear that their country is doing a good thing. Thank you ❤️
she sent me this photo the other day
