💫Breathe in the light and release the dark. I've always been able to sleep well at night. I fall asleep quickly, I stay rested all night and wake at sunrise. Although, recently I've struggled with bitter thoughts that keep my mind busy and my body up. I'm getting better every day but this is what I tell myself. I release the negative thoughts and focus on the good. Slumber is one of the true pleasures we have. Don't let your worries keep you from enjoying it.

🕰 Meditation may not be for everyone but setting time away in the day to be with yourself is so important. All day we have a million thoughts, judgements, stresses cluttered in our mind.
Do something pure for yourself. It could be in the car before work, at bedtime or after a workout.🌱Clean your being of the negativity. Picture the white light coating your skin. Let the warmth and joy soak in. 💝
