EATING DISORDERS ARE NOT ALWAYS ABOUT VANITY THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS ABOUT WANTING TO LOOK BEAUTIFUL THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS ABOUT BEING UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR LOOKS THEY ARE COMPLEX PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS THAT CANNOT BE SIMPLIFIED BY MERE BODY DISSATISFACTION SO PLEASE STOP ACTING LIKE ALL EATING DISORDER SUFFERERS CARE ABOUT IS HOW THEY LOOK THEIR ISSUES ARE USUALLY A LOT DEEPER THAN THAT

You dont want an eating disorder.
- You don’t want to see your specialists face when you’ve lost X pounds in two weeks.
- You don’t want to be threatened with admission.
- You don’t want to see your mother’s face when she notices your protruding collar and hip bones.
- You don’t want your little sister that looks up to you to notice and repeat.
- You don’t want to cry while you’re at a restaurant.
- You don’t want dry hair and brittle nails.
- You don’t want to cry at your fridge.
- You don’t want to mentally torture yourself over that banana or cup of carrots you had earlier that day.
- You don’t want to physically exhaust yourself until you fall to the ground.
- You don’t want to feel faint and dizzy everywhere you go.
- You do not want your eating disorder specialist to tell you, “You’re playing with fire now, you won’t live forever”.
- You don’t want a time estimate on your life.
- You don’t want heart complications.
- You don’t want your family to see you in your grave because of an eating disorder.
YOU DO NOT WANT AN EATING DISORDER. IT WILL KILL YOU.

ive been loosing control, guilt, but i still eat. i wont give up.

I have a friend called Lindsey. If I told you what she’s been through in her life you wouldn’t even believe me. She’s Been abused by her step father ever since her mother died. The few money she got from him to use on food or other neccesraties she got taken away for him to use on alcohol.
Later this year she got “kidnapped” by her real aunt to another city away from her father (after her, her step sister, real baby brother and stepfather: were forced out of their house cause they couldn’t pay so she lost almost all her stuff.) she’s much more at home in her new house. HOWEVER. Her aunt and uncle have a lot of children (from whom she babysits) and its left her with a lot of stress and exhaustion due to depression and other things, that I won’t be mentioning due to privacy. But those 10$ she’ll make for babysitting those children. Will NOT go to her college funds. They’ll go to food. (Cause her new family is rather poor after having to pay for so many members now)
She’s also gotten a lot of injuries from her father both mental and physical. That she needs treated. But this fund me goes to her one big dream. Going to college. She wants to become a teacher she needs to have gone to college to do that. That’s ALL she dreams of. She needs around 3500$.
It’s for her college supplies (books and other stuff)
Furniture (microwave and other things)
Her band activities (marching band, one of the things that de stresses her a lot)
Emergency expenses
And some more that I probably do not remember. If you can’t give some money can you please do us the BIGGEST favour and pass this on? She needs it ASAP
