Man that sucks. I hope a computer workshop can recover some of your files. You are not alone in this. I know many people who had to start over after a stolen laptop or a burned-down atelier. Just remember that your best work always lies in the future. Good luck!

ah, i hope so too, i have been looking for my options and ah well- i guess i can’t do much at this very moment haha, i have to wait until tomorrow to see if things can be fixed. my first response to it was definitely driven too much by my utter panic. thanks a lot for the encouragement and this kind message :)

I’m so sorry about your computer that sounds like a nightmare. If I knew a single thing about computers I would try and give advice but I don’t so I hope it works out and please don’t even worry about requests or anything. Even with all this stress remember to care for yourself. Good luck with your uni work

my computer is dead. and im. at the verge of tears.

lost all my university work and it sucks especially now that i have so many deadlines coming up. the mere thought of starting things over is simply exhausting. and not knowing when will i even start over and knowing that i have to tell this to my professors is even more nerve racking.

that being said, well, i wont be posting requests for a while- lost all the WIPs and,,, yeah.
