Ok so I weighed myself yesterday and I gained 2lbs from the last time I weighed myself -which was abt 4 weeks ago
I'm not too upset w myself bc I KNOW I gained weight bc of the holidays and I KNOW that I'm back on track now so I will lose this weight!!!!
Im trying to get into the 120's by the 27th of this month, which honestly isn't too hard let's be real

Does anyone else feel like they're actually healthier in their active 3d? Like when I'm technically in "recovery" or whatever all my food choices are based on what I'm in the mood for aka random cravings/dopamine fix. I don't binge fortunately but I'll get takeout and fast food and whatever is easiest.
When I'm in 3d mode I eat more veggies, I almost never get takeout (and when I do it's a small portion), I take my vitamins, I rarely drink alcohol because of how it affects weight loss, etc. It just seems like I take better care of myself when I'm actively restricting.
