Shane is close with his mother and brother but distant with his father who was in and out of his life. He works at the local coffee shop next door to the record store where his best friends, Vince and Carol Anne work.

Shane is trying to accept Vince's decision to date the guy who cheated with his ex-boyfriend. Every time he sees Vince with Archer he wants to scream. The worst part of the whole situation is, he can see how happy Vince is and it makes him jealous. Not that he wants Archer for himself but he wants that kind of relationship. Someone who loves him for him. Someone he can settle down with, start a family. You know the whole nine yards.

He dislikes bees, hates them really. He's allergic and it always seems they go out of their way to find him.

He kind of likes the sound of windchimes, especially on a breezy day. It's kind of calming when he's had a bad day.

Soon it was time to say their vows they had each written and neither knew what the other was going to say. Taking Adam’s hand she felt him give it a little squeeze. So many emotions welled up inside her, creating a lump so large it was hard to talk over.

“I…” her voice cracked. Taking a deep breath she began again. “I choose you, Adam, to be my husband every day we wake. I will love you in word and deed. I will laugh with you. Cry with you. Scream with you and grow with you. I choose you to be my partner in all of life’s adventures. I love and trust you. I give you my hand. I give you my love. I give you myself, the good, the bad and the yet to come.”

Clare stood, her arm cradled in the crook of her father’s arm. The arm that had been the source of comfort throughout her twenty years. She glanced up at him to find her father blinking back tears. 

“Are you ready,” he asked, his voice just loud enough for her to hear.

“I’m ready,” she glanced down the aisle to where Adam waited for her. Unlike all the other girls she knew growing up she’d been the only one who had never dreamed of her wedding day. She had no preconceived ideas or disappointments. She had somehow never imagined she’d ever want to be married. Then she met Adam and things had never been the same since.

Welp… honestly didn’t mean to disappear again for this long. 2023 has not started out so lovely & I haven’t had the time or energy to play much. Between work stress, a sudden loss of someone I had a complicated relationship with & then a couple of health issues all mixed in at once… it’s been…

Anywho! I’ve had some random ts4 gameplay stuff sitting in my screenshots to be edited that I’ll try to finally get to this week. As for stories, those may honestly end up being a mix of just written posts with some pics here or there because my motivation to write comes more frequently than my motivation to brave & set up scenes for ts3. But… we shall see!
