Skinny tips from a Russian supermodel 💋 part 2!
Do’s and don’ts of the it girls!
Do’s
Always have a huge salad everyday. Your first meal should be a huuuuge salad with mostly greens like cucumber, kale, spinach and then other veggies like onions, peppers. My fav things to add are strawberries, 2 crushed walnuts, chopped olives and 1/4 of a chicken breast! My girlfriends like to do fish so it’s up to you but we usually are so full from our salads that we don’t eat anything else the rest of the day
Saunas 💞 - they’re like our bestest friend in the whole wide world omg. We go to one multiple times a week for like an hour or two and the next day our face and body is so snatched. It helps drain excess water from the body and enhances the muscle definition. We learned this from some of the girls that walked runways. Also doing hot yoga makes you lose weight like crazyyy
We take walks in the cold a looot - usually in the morning at like 5am we alternate between walking and a light jog for 30 mins and then go to get a cold brew (with zero calorie vanilla syrup!) the shivering helps burn extra calories and the cold makes you prettier if you have to wear makeup later it goes on so well
Massages. My Korean girlfriends taught me this because they were obsessed with lymphatic drainage and use this tool to sculpt their inner thighs and calves and their thigh gap is hugeee. They also do it to their waist and tbh over time I did see her waist get smaller lol
Vitamin E and D supplements are the most helpful to keep long shiny hair while being super duper skinny lol. They also make your hair grow fast! They also help with your skin and nails so that’s a bonus
Reservatrol supplements help you lose weight lol it’s scientifically proven! I found out by accident because I’d eat nothing but grapes for like 2 weeks and I was dropping weight and found out that grapes have lots of reservatrol in it.
Don’ts
Chewing and spitting. Ugh! Do you know what that does? It increases saliva production without starting the actual digestion process which in turn, erodes your teeth making it yellow. And yellow is sooooo 2011.
Dry fasting. Yes I know it’s so tempting to lose that last 200g of water weight but you know what’s not tempting? Kidney issues. And if you god forbid get hospitalised for it you’d have to stick to an actual human amount of food. What a nightmare!
Scheduled cheat days. Letting yourself go wild once every week actually reinforces your b/r cycle even more, leading you to gain weight. If you must eat something you’re craving, don’t track your calories for that day and have 3 small bites of it. That’s what me and my girlfriends do and it works!
Cardio. Omg no never ever do cardio when you’re restricting because it gives you ugly ozempic face and you’ll start to look old. We don’t want that! Most models restrict and do Pilates or low impact exercises, or stick to weighted ab workouts.
Laxatives. This is so controversial but my girlfriends and I don’t do laxatives because the girls we know that do started getting pimples on their butt and they stopped getting bookings after that. Green tea and black coffee are like natural laxatives so stick to those only!

i feel like i just can't get over my old habits?
why cant i just realise that the more i overest the unhappier i am? it feels unconfy, it hurts, it burns, i feel fat and sore.
its pathetic but it just doesnt click that to stop it, i have to realise food is the enemy

body dismorphia is the worst. i've lost 14 kg but i look in the mirror and only see the tiniest difference?
maybe its because i didnt pay attention to the weight as much back then but now im so conscious of it?
i feel like i should feel skinnier but i don't, im only 3 kg from being within the normal bmi range and yet i still feel like im obese and nothing has changed :(
i feel like i look the same in photos even if people tell me different, in my mind its like ill always be overweight even though im so close to being free, at least according to my bmi
sorry to rant but want to see if there are people who can relate :(

im finding myself only craving healthy low cal foods
tips:
- use seasonings!! so many seasonings (esp powder) are barely any kcals, also a really good salad dressing is miso + lemon juice, and the nandos peri peri sauces are only 15 kcal
-tea without sugar!! holds you over and is nice if you like to have something to taste in your mouth instead of eating a ton
-if making salads, finely chop everything if you aren't a fan of the taste of vegetables
-grapes!! put the bag in the freezer and they will taste like little candy slushie bites
- lean protein can really hold you over, chicken breast w spices is soo good esp w lemon juice, just make sure to not use oil or use only a tiny bit of spray oil
-meal prep healthy salads and choices!! if you make veggie sticks, salads, baked veggies or sauted veggies (no oil), airfried cauliflier bites w spices (no oil), boiled eggs (in soy sauce, vingear and stevia marinade is so good) it gives u smth to eat when ur hungry snd stops you from slipping up hecause its right there and easy to grab instead of whatever other unhealthy options there are in your house
-cabbage!! you can heat it up in the microwave till its soft and you can volume eat it instead of binging on unhealthy food, purple cabbage when baked/softened is quite sweet and yum, you can also add low cal sauces (like the miso one)
-frozen fruits and protein yoghurt will make u feel so full for so little cals
with all these tips its easier to maintain smaller portions and still have flavourful food so that its easier to maintain!!
