୨♡୧ physical health
moving your body is really important. whether it is to lose weight or gain muscle or another reason, it’s important you move your body enough, moving your body can relieve stress and strengthen your muscles, loosen your muscles for growth and lower the risk of diseases and obesity.
I go on a walk every morning for 30/45 minutes and I try to walk 10 - 15 k steps a day. I love walking, it’s really relaxing and I love listening to music while walking.
I also do pilates everyday for 1 hour. I take rest days 2 a week, on rest days I will do some stretching and yoga. I genuinely love working out and I’ve have so much enjoyment in doing it. I find a lot of videos on youtube: move with nicole, shirlyn kim, april han, lily sabri, emi wong, hinafit.
I always do stretching before and after for around 15 minutes.
here is a playlist with workouts I love.
୨♡୧ journal & meditation.
I have been journaling for a while now and have noticed that I’ve been happier and less stressed than before. I journal every morning and every night. I write some prompts down that I find on pinterest (keyword: journal prompts).
I think the most important thing for me and what I’ve been doing for a while now: everyday I write down 3 things I’m grateful for. we as people always look at the one bad thing, while there are a million good things.
I also like to journal about my day and my emotions. I think this is a beautiful way to reflect on yourself as in why you were feeling these emotions in the first place and how you could’ve easily resolved them.
I love meditating so so so much. I’ve noticed I’ve been more relaxed and when I do it especially right after I wake up, it makes me so calm for the rest of the day. it doesn’t matter if it’s only 10 minutes, it’s such a beautiful way to start your day with.
here is a playlist with meditation videos I love.
୨♡୧ sleep.
I had a period in my life where I would only sleep 6 hours a day. it wasn’t healthy at all and I was always so tired, mad and exhausted during the day. I started going to bed early, now I sleep 8/9 hours a day.
my biggest tip is to put.that.phone.down! literally just ignore it, your phone is genuinely your worst enemy. stop going from 2 apps to the other and refreshing the entire time.

౨ৎ read —> read a book you enjoy (for me mostly smut lol) maybe write your own stuff!
