I completely agree with you on coffee x tea (chef's kiss). It tops the list as a representative of "serious and always on the go" vs "gentle and in touch with their feelings" type of pairings.

While nothing tops coffee x tea, i do have a few more discourses: "black coffee/tea x caramel iced frappuccino/chai latte" OR "coffee x energy drink". I feel like the former can also fit the mould of "protector x affluent/famous person being protected", while the LATTEr could represent rivals 😁😁.
