i really can’t describe how fun this year’s artfight was for me and how proud of myself i am for my participation in it...i’ve been in other artfights before (i think 4 total) but for each one i only posted 1-2 attacks a year and only got a similar amount of defenses bc of that. and last year i was super artblocked, as i was the years before. 

i used to be kind of a perfectionist, worrying too much about what i was drawing, but this year i was able to let go a little bit and even though my attacks were challenging for me i had a lot of fun and was even able to make 2 fully rendered ones, which is something i only did once before during steampunk vs cyberpunk (and that was one of my first ever digital paintings!).

anyways, this year was a lot of fun and i got many more defenses than in any previous year, including 2 MASTERPIECE defenses on miriam and margaret (here and here). next year i hope to make even more attacks or at least make larger attacks with more characters, and by then i want to have more ref sheets up to af. i also got a toyhouse recently so i want to work on setting that up!

hualian keychains!! i finished these quite a while ago and just never posted them. i did have some made (3 of each), and no, they don't have that giant ugly watermark on them haha

here’s what the keychains actually look like, i am so sorry about the photo quality…but i just wanted to show that there’s no watermark, and i personally think they’re pretty cute. i do need to find a different keychain manufacturer though, bc vograce has not been cutting it lol
