Anxiety, Depression, Grindr – Oh My! Win a Social Distance Workshop from iAmClinic
Queer-centric Psychotherapy practice, iAmClinic, is giving away two free tickets to one of their weekly workshops addressing specific issues related to social distancing during the pandemic.
Social distancing – It amplifies anxiety and depression while our isolation cuts us off from connection, belonging and sexual intimacy. We need those now more than ever.
That’s why I’ve partnered with iAmClinic, an outpatient and Telehealth psychotherapy practice for the LGBTQ+ community for a fabulous giveaway! Isaac Archuleta, MA, LPC and founder of iAmClinic has specifically curated mental health workshops to help you through these obstacles .
What you’ll get
Two winners selected at random will receive free access to a weekly workshop of their choice, normally a $350 value!
Workshop seminars are conducted via telehealth weekly, and options include: Sex, Grindr & RelationTips workshop; Anxiety workshop; The Depression workshop.
If you’re not familiar with telehealth, it’s a virtual group workshop platform similar to a zoom call that blends both lecture and interactivity. Weekly workshops will run through June.
What you need to do
For a chance to win, simply comment, share, or tag a friend on my Instagram post, Facebook post, or Tik Tok video! It’s that easy. You have until Friday, May 8th at 12am (Central) to enter. Winners will be announced via Instagram the next day.
There is no shame in caring for your mental health during the pandemic. These times are unnerving, scary and stressful and the results can be taxing on our relationships, and heighten anxiety and depression. So what are you waiting for? Get to it!
A little bit about Isaac Archuleta, MA, LPC and Chief Execiutive Officer:
“Isaac uses a model that is based on relational repair – whether that be a focus on one’s relationship with their self, another, or their higher power, as well as relationships with a substance or an unwanted pattern. He diagnoses how the relational pattern was set up, how it remains dysfunctional, and what needs to be achieved to help you accomplish your goals. Isaac uses Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, as well as other treatment interventions to help you quickly and easily.
Isaac has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He is invited to speak at conferences and forums across the nation, contributes to The Huffington Post, and hosts weekend seminars for couples, individuals, and religious parents of children in the LGBT+ community.
Isaac is as warm as he is knowledgeable, and is excited by the opportunity to walk along side you as you progress through your story.”

Braxton Mann Debuts "The King" in Time for Christmas
“The King” could be described as beauty, awe, and reverence. A palpable moment of silence tucked away from bustling Bethlehem as the magi set their eyes on the baby for the first time.
Braxton Mann, a gay Christian musician coming out on the scene (pun intended), aurally illustrates the holy scene with a queer perspective and the magi in mind.

06: Disrupting the Church Narrative About Sexuality and Spirituality with Robert Von Repta Caro
Hey all, check out my recent convo on the Conscious and Aligned podcast!
“Robert Von Repta Caro has such a warmth about him and he also delivers tons of truth. He was raised in an ultra conservative home and had to navigate who was and reconcile the consequences, of any, for him to live his truth.⁣
So happy that we got a chance to chat about disrupting the church narrative about sexuality and spirituality. ⁣
Get this podcast wherever you get your podcast fix! Rate and review it - and thanks so much for the love y’all!”

“Don’t change for anybody.” Xoxo
Remember that boiler plate message high school girls used write in your yearbook with glitter pens and signatures involving hearts?
Yeah, there might have been something deeper to that superficial message.
However it takes on a different meaning as we continue to gain consciousness of who we really are, versus who we’ve been told we are.
Let go of who you were told you were: the negativity, the abuse, the shame, etc. Discover the beautiful you buried under all that rubble, and as you do, don’t change for anybody.
Xoxo 💘🐻
