Well I'm curious, how do you think Morgan and Tennessee Kid Cooper met?

That's a great question!! I haven't put too much thought into it yet...

I imagine their dynamic is a little like Sly and Carmelita's where she is very righteous and law-abiding and he drives her crazy because he obviously breaks the law.

I thought it would be fun if Morgan somehow met Tennessee during some sort of stake-out. But instead arresting him for being a thief, she strikes a deal with him where he helps her get information on real bad guys in exchange for his freedom. Then she gives the information from Tennessee to her brothers and they make arrests together. (I imagine being the youngest, she tries really hard to make her brothers see that she is a talented woman of the law.)

She keeps this pact between Tennessee and herself a secret because her brother's wouldn't approve of their baby sister working alongside a criminal.

Of course, Tennessee is much too skilled to actually get arrested but he think she's funny so he plays along and enjoys their shenanigans.
