Crying isn't a sign of weakness

I'll never understand why crying is considered as a weakness. Tears are proof of sacred emotions. You can see grief, sadness and hurt being washed away from your eyes. It gives you relief, once you cry your heart out your heavy heart feels the bliss. It's not weakness, it's a privilege. A privilege to see your feelings filling up your eyes and it adds a shade darker to your original eye color, that looks kind of attractive if you pay attention. Tears are at the brims, rolling down on your cheeks and drenching those eyelashes. Leaving trails of misery on your face. How beautiful that is, right?

On the contrary, I pity those who can't cry. They live with the burden of every misery they have experienced. How hard it must be to live with a heavy heart. They're bound by the restrictions and so called "Strong person don't cry. Crying is for the weak." They'll never know the peace till they'll taste it. If you are not going to feel all emotions to their fullest, including crying then you're not being human enough.

There are tears of joy as well. They adorn our eyes when we can't contain our happiness in our heart. Like, when we meet someone after a long time or try something we used to love. We end up crying with joy. Tell me something more beautiful than this feeling. To me it's not a weakness, it's a blessing. We were given blessing to cry for a reason, tears are not a sign of weakness. Crying is the source of relief, Tears can bring us bliss. Crying makes you feel alive, it can sooth away the pain. It's not a sign of weakness. It's one of our human traits. If you can't feel the sadness to the fullest how would you understand the happiness? To feel every emotion at its best is what I call being alive. Humans are fragile, our emotions makes us more alive.

I used word "humans", hope you'll get it that crying is for all of us. Not just for one gender, remember that. So do not let anyone tell you otherwise. Cry whenever you feel like it because it's not a sign of weakness. –Simran.
