while I'm on it, has anyone else had this dream? I’ve had a few of my real life friends tell me they had the exact same dream as a kid and it’s kinda creepy.
Think about it. this is an incredibly uneventful dream with almost nothing happening in it, just exploring a seemingly endless field, I’ve had way more eventful and interesting dreams yet this is the dream my brain held on to? The same goes for my friends as well.
Let me know if you’ve had this dream and any details you can recall, i’ve already made an aesthetics wiki page for endcore with the different details of the dreams me and my friends had.

ENDCORE INTRODUTION
endcore is my own personal aesthetic and comes from strange dreams I’ve had for years that seem to always involve endless fields.
The name comes from the recurring imagery of endless fields, implying that the image in question comes from some sort of purgatory.
Blisscore consists of a few main overarching themes and recurring images including:
-endless / empty fields
-dreams
-nostalgia
-childlike imagery
- loneliness
- blue skies
-clouds
-flat ground or repeating large hills
Endcore can be compared to something like nostalgiacore or dreamcore and it’s origins are very much rooted in it. But its origins also lie in internetcore and even vaporwave due the windows XP bliss Wallpaper being an example of the aesthetic.
To me endcore invokes a strange combination of fear and nostalgia which implies that it’s all based on some strange deep rooted fear from my childhood. It’s the openness of the space, appearing endless with no implication that there even is any kind of escape from the field.
I would best describe endcore as images of land that are real but feel fake, as if they were from a children’s show, even though images that are not real can be endcore.
