An - omg I feel like I haven’t posted in a year what. Okay so earlier this week I went to a hockey game, and something happened while I was there and I wanted to write a fic about it. And I wanted to do Nate because I love Nate, and we need more Nate fics out there asap. And the song has nothing to do with the fic, it was the song I kept playing while writing this 😭

ALSO YALL, I FIRST WROTE THIS IN THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER SO THERE WILL BE HALLOWEEN THEMED THINGS HERE, SORRY IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO UPLOAD

I hadn’t realize how late I had slept in until I heard my alarm go off more than 30 times, most of which I had just sleep through. I check the time and see it’s a little past 3. Shit. I had so much to do and had it all planned out. I was to clean my house, get a gift for Nate, go grocery shopping, and decorate for fall. I’ll just eat some food while I’m out but right now, I need to clean up my place. I have u til 6:30 to get everything done on my list. Considering Nate’s game starts at 7.

I clean my house, lighting candles and turning on fairy lights I have setup around my house. I take a quick shower and put on my freshly clean clothes. I do a slick back bun, not trying to do anything fancy. I get into my car and make a quick stop at Starbucks to get a drink. I also did an online order for my favorite lunch place in town so it’s ready for pickup when I get there. I pickup my lunch and eat in my car as I drive to target. I put my Starbucks in the cup holder of my cart and push it too the food section.

I grab my list of food and start putting it in my cart. I decided to grab some cookie dough for me and Nate to back after his game. I go over to the floral section and grab a bag of white, blue, and purple pair and place it in my cart. I’m on my way towards check out when I spot the cutest pair of matching pj sets. There was a vampire, pumpkin, and ghost option. They were all so cute but I decided to get the ghost ones. I check out and go home to eat dinner and decorate.

I decided to make something, quick, easy, and delicious. I play my fall playlist as I grab my last year bin full of pumpkins, signs, pillows and blankets. It only takes me around 30 minutes considering I cleaned earlier. I looked at the time, with not much time left I had to get ready. I put the totes back and head to my room. I put on a pair of leggings and his hockey jersey that he gave me. I take out my hair and do two French braids. I take some face paint type makeup I have and write his number on my cheek.

I put on my shoes and grab his flowers and teddy I bought him earlier that week. I grab a blanket so I don’t get cold at the rink. I drive to the rink in only 10 minutes. I head inside and get a ticket. I’m greeted inside by the triplets. They all look over at me and walk my way.

“Finally, we’ve been waiting for like 5 hours” Nick says rolling his eyes

“Nick, we got here 5 minutes ago-“ Matt chimed in

“Oh hush.” Nick says, crossing his arms, clearly annoyed.

“I’m so excited to watch my boyfriend play!” Chris says clapping his hands. Nick, Matt and I slowly turn towards Chris, giving him a confused look.

“Fine, I can’t wait to watch her boyfriend play” Chris says sarcastically but rolling his eyes.

“That’s what I thought.” I say pushing Chris a little bit jokingly. We all walk to the rink, getting a rush of cold air as the door opens. I could feel goosebumps approaching my skin. I wrap the blanket around my shoulders and sit down with the triplets. We sat and waited for the game to start. It only took a couple scrolls on insta before the players came walking out of the locker room and onto the ice to warmups. It wasn’t hard for me to find him, considering I had his number imprinted into my brain. Before I the warmups ended, I went to the snack bar and got myself a water and chips for me and the triplets. I head back just in time for the game to start. We all stand up and start to cheer, like the rest of the crowd. I only had my eye on one player the whole time. Every time he scored a point and I would jump up and down and scream for him. The three looked at me like I was insane but I didn’t care.

The game was over and Nate’s team won! We all wait for Nate outside of the locker room to finish up, but before he comes out I need to use the restroom. I come back not too long and see the brothers talking to a man I wanted to hug the first I saw him on the ice. He noticed me and started walking towards me. I ran up to him and gave him a hug.

“You did great tonight, I’m so proud of you.” I say giving him a peck on the lips.

“And these are for you.” I handed him the flowers and teddy bear, he then looked up at me with a smile that would make my heart melt.

“Thank you so much baby.” He said as he went to the side of me and wrapped his arm around my waist. He turned back and waved to the brothers as he started to walk with me out of the building. I help him load his things into my car, and we get inside the car after.

“So I had a really fun night planned out for us, but if you don’t want to do it, that’s okay and we can do something else.”

“It’s whatever makes you happy my love” I couldn’t help but blush at his words.

“So, my house is all decorated and I had candles going so it smells really good in there, and the house is clean so a bonus! And I was thinking we could make cookies and watch a movie together? And there’s also a surprise with that.” I say almost out of my seat from how happy I was.

“If that’s what you wanna do.” He says smiling back at me.

“Of course it’s what I want to do, but I wanted to know if u wanted to do it.” I say turning on my car, pulling out of the parking lot.

“I’m okay with anything you want to do.” He says looking out the window. I smile as I continue to drive back to my place. I pull into my driveway and get out of my car.

“Let’s take showers first tho.” I say unlocking my front door. He nods as I unlock the door and walk in. We take off our shoes at the front and walk to my room where my shower is.

“I’ll go first, I’ll be quick.” I say as I start to take out my hair. I hop in the shower and wash my face, get out, and wrap myself in a towel. I walk out into my room and too my closet, telling him it’s his turn on my way. He gets off the small couch I have in my room and head into the bathroom. I quickly get dressed into the pajamas I just bought for us. I sit down at my vanity and start doing my night skincare. I hear the shower turn off and with Nate walking out with the towel around his waist. He points at the pair of clothes on my bed.

“What’s this?”

“It’s yours, to wear! Tonight! To match with me!” I say turning around, show I’m in the matching set. He gives me a sigh but walks with it into the bathroom to get changed. I do a little clap of achievement, as I turn back around to finish my skincare. I hear the bathroom door open and see him walk out, giving me a sigh and looking down in disappointment.

“Hey! You look amazing! Don’t give me that I hate this energy, it’s supposed to be fun!” I say putting all my things away and getting up.

“I feel so weird in this.” He says throwing his hands like a baby

“Why? You look so cute!” I say walking towards him.

“Can I just take the shirt off? It feels tight.” He says scratching his neck

“Not yet! I wanna take a picture” I say grabbing my phone out. His arm wraps around my waist as I put the mode to 0.5x and turn on the flash. We smoosh our heads together doing a kissy face as I take the picture. I look at the picture to make sure it was okay then I put my phone down.

“Okay, let go make some cookies” I say kissing his cheek and walking out of my room. He follows close behind me. I grab a pack a Pillsbury cookies from the fridge and preheat the oven.

“How about you put on 6, and I put on 6” I say grabbing a tray from my cabinet.

“Good with me” He says giving me a smile

“Can I take my shirt off now?” He says whining

“Fine, Stop acting like a baby” I say as I start to put on my cookies.

We both finish putting on our cookies and put them in the oven. I walk over to my couch and turn on the tv.

“What would you like to watch?” I say looking up at him.

“I don’t know, you pick.” He says sitting down next to me

“Mhm, Corpse Bride? The Nightmare Before Christmas?” I say leaning back and laying my head on his chest

“Corpse Bride, The Nightmare Before Christmas is a Christmas movie.”

“No it’s not!” I say as I scoff

“It is tho!”

I shake my head and get up to go take the cookies out. I put them on a plate and organize them in a cute way. I bring the plate to the couch along with a blanket.

“Hold the plate while I put the blanket on us.” I say handing him the plate. I sit down, covering our legs and a little bit of my waist. He sets the plate down on the blanket.

“Do you like tonight?” I say putting my head on him again.

“Of course” He says kissing my head. I smile in happiness that I was able to make tonight special.

“I love you” I say lifting my head up.

“I love you more” He says giving me a peck on my lips

a/n - this is my first fic ever, so please leave me some feedback on what you did or did not like! also, this is written from the readers perspective!

The triplets, Madi and I were all on a trip in San Diego for a few days. I have been friends with them for a few years, and during that time I had developed a crush on Matt. I was a sucker for his gentle nature, his sense of humor, and I had always especially loved his tattoos. Everyone knew about this, except for Matt himself. I always told myself that Matt could never like a girl like me, and to save myself from getting hurt I never told him. Sometimes I got a hint of flirtiness from Matt, but it never went any further so I pushed it aside.

We were on our last day of the trip, so of course we all made the most of it. After a day full of shopping and exploring San Diego, and then a trip to the beach, everyone was pretty tired by the time we got back to our Airbnb. Around 10pm, we all decided to go to bed as we had a long drive back home in the morning. As we each walked to our respective rooms, Matt and I shared a glance and a small smile before closing our doors.

As I lay in bed for what felt like hours, I could not seem to fall asleep, no matter how hard I tried. I rolled over and grabbed my phone to look at the time. 1:47am. 'damn' I thought as I began to decide what to do next. That's when I saw a text from Matt in my recent notifications.

hey, you up? 1:30am

im in the hot tub if u wanna join :) 1:32am

I felt my heart beat faster as I read the texts over and over again. Matt and I had never really shared moments alone, just the two of us. I was trying to think of possible reasons why Matt decided now was the time to get me alone, but I stopped myself as I realized I was overthinking the situation. Instead of responding, I switched my phone off and got out of bed to put on my bathing suit. It was a deep red bikini that I had bought specifically for this trip. I hadn't worn it yet, so I decided now was the perfect time. I grabbed a towel, then quietly opened and closed my door, making my way down the hallway and out the glass sliding doors leading to the pool area.

As I stepped outside, I caught a glimpse of Matt. He had his back to me, but I could see his messy hair that I always loved, and the outline of his shoulder and back muscles as he had his arms up on the sides of the hot tub. I didn't realize how long I had been staring, but apparently Matt had heard me come outside.

"Are you just gonna stand there and stare, or are you gonna get in?" he said with a smile, as he turned to look at me.

My cheeks immediately flushed as I snapped out of my trance. "Oh, sorry. Yeah, I'm coming!" I said, setting my towel down and walking toward the hot tub.

I felt Matt's gaze on me as I walked down the steps and into the warm water, but I stayed silent. I sat down across from him, my cheeks still red, while he remained calm with a small smile forming on his lips.

"You can come closer, you know." he says.

"Okay." I said with a small giggle. I moved closer to him, still leaving about 3 feet of space between us.

"What, do I make you nervous?" he smirked as he moved his arm to wrap loosely around my shoulders.

Curious about his intentions, I replied "What if I said you did?"

He pulled me even closer to him, and in a lower tone he said "You don't ever have to be nervous around me, you know that, right?"

I let out a nervous giggle and turned to face him. "Where are you going with this, Matt?"

" You can't tell? How much more obvious can it get?" he smiled, and paused as his eyes met mine. "I like you, y/n. Fuck it, I'm in love with you. You don't have to say anything either, but-"

In an instant, I cut him off by wrapping my arms around his neck, my fingers finding their way to his hair. He got the hint, as he leaned in closer to me, until finally his lips captured mine. He pulled me into his lap so he could deepen the kiss. We moved in perfect sync with each other, as if this was always meant to be. As we both pulled away for air, Matt’s hands remained on my hips as he admired me.

“You’re so beautiful, you know that?” Matt told me, taking in every inch of my body.

“Shut up and kiss me again.” I replied, gently running my fingers down his tattooed arm.

Without a word, he placed one more gentle kiss on my lips, and I nestled my head into the space between his neck and collarbone. “I love you Matt.”

“I love you too.” He replied, his voice barely above a whisper. “So, does this mean you’ll be my girlfriend?”

“Yes Matt, it does.” I said with a hint of sass.

Needless to say, we both fell asleep easily after that, wrapped in each others arms.

Me and Matt were secretly dating, not wanting the fans to know, but today was the first day of tour. I was going with them, although i was nervous, i was also excited at the same time. I’m in the bathroom, touching up my makeup when I hear a knock on the door. I quickly put on my lipgloss and open the door.

“Hi baby, are you ready?” Matt said wrapping his arms around me.

“Yeah, Just a little nervous.” I say shrugging my shoulders

“Don’t be, and if it gets to much for you, you can always take a break, you can come to me or go off stage. It’s whatever you need.” He says rubbing my arm, reassuring me.

“Okay” I give him a smile, leading it with a kiss. I hear a loud clap approaching us.

“Wow you two, That’s was about to make me cry.” Said Nick, wiping fake tears. Matt shoved his brother on the shoulder walking towards the stage. It was showtime. They all walked out one by one, i was hesitant but walked out behind Chris, waving to the fans. I was surprised how big the crowd was, i started to get a little anxious, i took a deep breath and sat down in a chair next to Chris they had all layed out. I wanted for me and Matt to space out so that way no one suspected anything much. They started off tour with questions, then Chris handed me the mic. I was bathed with questions, which answering them, made me calmer than before. Every now and then I would look up and find Matt starting at me with a smile. I would blush and look down and continue answering the questions. I decided to take a break and get off stage for a couple minutes, when i just got off the stage, i hear Matt make a announcement that they all were going to take a couple minute break.

“Hey baby” I say putting my fingers in his hair pulling him close.

“Hi. How was that? Was it’s bad or no?” He said putting his arm around my waist.

“It was great actually. I felt fine when you looked at me, which was all the time, even if Nick was talking. He was beside you and you looked at me instead.” I say curling my fingers

“Well that’s because your so fucking gorgeous. I just can’t believe you’re mine.” He said adding a smile. I couldn’t help but blush by his words.

“Ima going to go get some water, do you want any?” I say turning, heading the opposite direction. He shakes his head no as i leave

Matt’s pov

I Watch her Walk away as Chris pats my shoulder with force.

“Damn Chris.”

“You seem to really like her. I think she’s the one” Chris said

“I think she is. She is the best thing that’s ever been mine.” I say smiling to myself

“Okay brother, no need to turn into a famous writer.” He said walking away as i chuckle

Readers pov

I come back with my water to see Matt standing there smiling.

“Why are you smiling? Did something happen while I was gone?” I say opening my water

“Nope, Just glad my baby’s back.” He said kissing my cheek

“I love you so much, like really, i do.” I say walking with him, back to the stage.

“I love you too.” He says, pulling me into a hug.

An - Hey my lovely’s! Sorry I haven’t posted in like a week😨 but I’m back! I’ve just been busy with school and other things so I found some time in my schedule to write for you guys! Im just going to go off a couple lines from the song because I already have a plan for it! anyways, hope you guys enjoy!

Chris and I have been dating for almost 8 months now and we’ve been able to keep it a secret for a long time. It’s not that people haven’t noticed tho. There would be ship edits of us all the time so I don’t think it would be that bad if we went public, but there’s always a couple of people that can’t handle it and have to hate.

“Are you almost ready?” I heard Chris shout from the living room. I’m almost done getting ready for the party we’re about to go too.

“Yeah! Just give me 10 minutes at most!” I should back, starting to hurry up with my hair and makeup so I can get on my outfit. I start to put on my outfit. I put on a small, strapless, and slim black dress. Simple but cute. Chris loves this dress and goes feral whenever he sees me in it. I top it off with a simple necklace and heels. The heels would be easy to walk and dance in. I spray my favorite night out perfume and grab my wallet off the dresser and walk out to Chris. All three of them were in the living room, waiting on me.

“Okay I’m ready.” I say, grabbing the boys attention. I could tell Chris’s jaw was on the floor by his expression. They all get up off the couch and come towards me.

“Wow, I am literally shook. You look so hot.” Nick says as he grabs my hand and twirls me around. I smile at his compliment.

“Thank youuu!” I say with excitement.

“You pulled it off once again” Matt spoke up.

“Oh why thank you.” I say taking a bow and then laughing. Chris doesn’t say anything, just smirks. We didn’t think anything of it and we all started to walk out when Chris grabbed me by my arm and pulled me in close. Matt and Nick didn’t even notice and kept walking.

“What are you doing my love?” I ask tilting my head.

“You know what your doing right? With that dress your wearing right now.” He says eyeing me up and down.

“Well I Hope so.” I say smirking.

“Because god, you look so god damn good right now.” He says biting his lip just barely. I don’t say anything just smirk as I walk out, taking him with me. Me and Chris sit next to each other and I lay my head on his shoulder, holding hands until we get there. We get out of the car and I brush my hair with my fingers before we go in. The smell of alcohol fills my nostrils almost instantly as I step into the building, the music, blasting all through the the building. The room pitch black, but with constant flashing lights, it’s was like the whole room was lit. Nick and Matt walk off together so it’s just me and Chris. To prevent people catching us together, we decide to separate ourselves and go to different parts of the room. I could see that girls kept going up to Chris and talking to him. I decided to brush off and go get a drink. I get a drink and sit down at a table, still making sure I had a view of him. A guys sits down next to me, I hadn’t even noticed him until he started talking to me.

“Well hey there doll.” The man asked sipping on his drink.

I smile awkwardly and look back at the crowd.

“Are you here all by yourself? Need someone to keep you company doll?” The man asked smirking.

“I’m here with someone so no thanks.” I say getting down from my seat and walking into the bathroom. I hood over the sink, gripping on the sides of the sink, looking down, trying to forget what just happened. I start to wash my hands as I hear a knock on the door.

“One second.” I try to shout but with the music I don’t think they would have heard me. I kept hearing more knocks constantly so I went up to the door angrily. I was about to start going off on who was at the door, but when I realized who it was, my gaze softened. It was Chris.

“Hi ba-“ I get cut off by his lips on mine, stoping me from my sentence. I pull back giggling.

“Chris what are you doing” I say with a slight giggle. I feel his arms wrap around my waist as I look up at him. I wrap my arms around his neck, pulling him closer.

“Was that man doing anything bad to you? When you were sitting down.”

“No, I left before he got to do anything else.” I smile at him. He lets out a relief sigh and smiles back as he leans back in. I make my way, and sit on top of the counter, pulling him in between my legs, not breaking the kiss.

“Wait should we close the door?” I say catching my breath. He turn to look at the wide open door. He shakes his head no, and eagerly goes back to kissing me.

“I hope nobody catches us.” I say within the kiss.

“But I kinda hope they catch us” He smirks. I pull back laughing.

“Ooh I like that, trying to be risky.” I say going back in for a kiss. A little bit later I hear a know on the door, someone trying to get our attention, Chris turns around and a look to the side. It was Nick.

“I need to go to the bathroom.” Nick says walking in.

“Cant you see we’re busy, can’t you go somewhere else?” Chris says annoyed.

“No, this is the only bathroom that’s kinda available, now can you two get out.” Nick says playfully shoving Chris shoulder.

“Fine.” Chris says helping me off the counter, and going out of the bathroom. I hear my name being shouted from a table not too far. It’s was my friend, who was a boy. Chris dosnt like him very much but I know why. He is a good looking man and lots of girls like him. I go up to him, hugging, I see chris walk off with an annoyed expression, but I brush it off because I only see him as a friend. Chris goes back to where he was before, with girls surrounding him.

It was great to catch up with him considering I haven’t talked to him in a while. I walk over to Chris, nodding to the door saying that I wanted to leave. I leave a couple minutes before he does. Nick and Matt told me that they would get an Uber home, so I decided to drive. I wait in my seat for Chris to come out. I go on my phone while I wait for him. I jumped as I heard the door open and someone gets in.

“Jeez Chris you scared me.” I said with deep breaths.

“Sorry my love.” He says as he pulls me in for a kiss. I pull back, remembering there’s people around us.

“Cant do it here.” I say putting on my seatbelt. He scoffs as he crossed him arms, sinks in his seat and pouts.

“You can be a baby sometimes.” I roll my eyes as he starts making baby noises.

“Okay stop it.” I say laughing, starting the drive.

“Make me.” He says, slightly sitting up in his seat. I don’t make a noise, just focusing on the road. I wait till we get to a red light before I take tissues and form them into a ball and shove it in his mouth. He spits it out instantly and starts scratching his tongue in disgust.

“You are disgusting” He exclaims as I laugh.

“I love youu.” I say trying to make it up to him, still giggling a little.

Paring - Chris Sturniolo X Fem!Reader

Summary - You and Chris are friends until something unexpected happened :o

Request - No!

Warnings - Kissing, NOT PROOFREAD (I swear one of these days I will proofread something 😭), Maybe cringe? One or two curse words.

Word count - I don’t even know 😨

Im sitting on the couch as I hear the front door open, with Chris and Matt walking through it. Me and Nick turn to look at them as we pause the tv. Matt looks exhausted, but Chris seems happy. He walks over to the couch and plops down next to me as Matt goes to his room.

“What’s got you in a good mood” I say to Chris as he lays down on my lap, smiling.

“Oh nothing, I’m just glad that we’re back home, I hated that place. Nothing to do there” he said, complaining.

“It was just the grocery store, stop being such a big baby” Rolling my eyes as I lay back.

Nick giggles as he gets up from the couch and goes to Matt’s room.

“Nick? Why are you giggling” I asked, concerned.

“Just wait till you realize it” He says closing Matt’s door.

I Look at Chris to see if he had any idea to why Nick just did that, he shrugged his shoulders. I grab my phone out from my hoodie pocket and go on TikTok, I put my fingers in Chris’s hair, because it helps him relax and he loves when I play with his hair. I giggle at a couple TikTok’s and occasionally show Chris TikTok’s I find funny.

A couple hours later

I’m still scrolling on TikTok, as for chris, he has fallen asleep on me from my fingers playing with his hair, although he’s asleep, I don’t stop, I like the feeling, his hair is fluffy. I look up from my phone to see that Matt walks out of his room, him looking at us, barely seeing anything because of the dim lights, but is able to make out us.

“Hi Matt” I say quiet, not trying to wake Chris.

He doesn’t say anything, just giggles the same way Nick did earlier. He walks back into his room, and I’m now pestered. They wont tell me what’s so funny. I shake my leg a little, Not to much but enough to wake Chris up.

“Chris?” I whisper.

“Hm?” He mumbles, shifting a little bit.

“I need you to get up, I can take you to your room if you want” He whine’s.

“But I’m so comfortable” he starts to complain about how he doesn’t want to move.

“Or you can stay here and I’ll be right back?” I question

“Fine, Just be quick” he says sitting up to let me go.

I Walk to Matt’s room, with Matt and Nick inside. I walk in and shut the door.

“Okay guys. What’s so funny” I say crossing my arms

“You and Chris.” Nick spoke up.

“Your gunna have to elaborate on that.” I say now leaning against the wall.

“The way you and Chris act around eachother” Nick said like I was supposed to know what he was talking about.

“How do you not see it?” Matt chimes in.

“I don’t know what you guys are talking about, we’re just friends” I say. It’s not that I don’t love Chris. I’ve had a crush on him for a while now, I just don’t feel that he feels the same way, so I won’t say anything about it.

“Yeah right. It’s going to come to you soon.” Nick says shrugging.

“Nothing going on betwe-“ I get cut off by Chris loudly groaning, signaling for me to come back.

“There’s your boyfriend calling” Matt says with a chuckle.

“Shut up! And he’s NOT my boyfriend.” I say leaving his room, rushing back to Chris.

“Took you long enough” he said as I sat down.

“Sorry your brothers can be a pain.” I say pulling my phone back out. I could hear him whine.

“What’s wrong now?” I say careless.

“You stopped playing with my hair” He pouts.

I could tell he was pouting by his tone. I don’t complain once again and put my hands in his hair. I could tell he’s satisfied by the way he was fixing himself into a better position. I started to think about what the other two said, they might be right, but there’s no way he could like me back. Right? I start to get tired, so I turn off my phone and grab a blanket from behind us on the couch and put it on me and Chris. It doesn’t take me Long to fall asleep considering of how comfortable I am.

I Wake with Chris still asleep on my lap, looks like he hasn’t moved an inch. I grab a pillow close to me to replace the feeling of my lap with the pillow so I could get up to use the bathroom. I walk out of the bathroom, with Nick coming out of his room at the same time.

“So how’d you two love birds sleep.” Nick said, sorta whispering.

“First of all, we are not lovebirds, And two, I slept good.” I say dramatically, as I walk away.

Nick goes into the kitchen and I go back to the couch, sitting away from Chris so he can’t hear my phone playing. A couple hours later, Chris wake up, sitting up, looking around for me.

“Good morning Chris.”

“Did I sleep like this all night? Like with the pillow?” He said as it looked like he was starting to turn sad.

“No, I did it this morning because I needed to use the bathroom.” I say concerned on why he was getting sad.

“Oh okay.” He says getting off the couch and walking to his room.

I don’t move from my spot on the couch, only scrolling through my Pinterest feed. Matt and Nick must have heard Chris leave so they came out to the living room together. They both sat down beside me, smirking.

“Seriously guys, nothing is going on between us!” I shake my head

“Yeah right! “Just Friends” don’t lay on eachothers lap Like that.” Nick said, along with Matt shaking his head in agreement.

“I didn’t even lay on his lap! Only he layed on mine! I don’t think there’s anything weird about it, like if you guys wanted to lay on my lap, I wouldn’t care.” I shrugged my shoulders

“Yeah, but we wouldn’t complain if you were gone for a couple minutes.” Matt added on.

“How blind are you too see that he like you back.”

“Woah there buddy. I don’t even like Chris. Chill.” I roll my eyes.

“What ever you say” Nick said as him and Matt walked off.

I scoffed as I told them that I would be leaving. I headed off to Chris’s room to tell him as well. I peak through to the door to see Chris on his bed, on his phone.

“Hey Chris, I’ma get going.” I spoke.

“Why?” He sits up as he gets upset.

“I have a home too you know.” I say fully in his room.

“But this is your second home, so why not stay here.” I lean back on the wall at his response.

“I could possibly come back” I say suggesting

“Yes please.” He shakes his head up and down violently.

“Okay then, I’ll text you when I’m on my way back.” I said leaving his room.

“Yes ma’am” He said leaning back in his bed.

I roll my eyes as I head out of their house, getting into my car. I’m back at home and I take a shower, washing my hair and body, and shaving. I get out of the shower and brush my teeth. I get changed into a very simple outfit. I put my hair into half up half down. I don’t do my makeup, just put on some lipgloss. I put on my shoes and get back into my car. On the way I saw a Starbucks, and decided to get something to eat and drink. I text a group chat I made with all four of us to let them know I’m on my way back over. I received one “Ok!”, an “See you soon” and a “YAYY”. I Like all the messages and went back to driving.

I walk through their house to find all three of them laying down on the couch watching a movie. I set my phone and keys down, and give them their drinks. They give me smiles and thank yous. I nod and sit down in between Nick and Chris. It’s almost instant as Chris put his head back in my lap, just like from last night. I look up to see Matt and Nick looking at me. I shrug my shoulders and roll my eyes. I put my fingers in his hair as soon as I can or else he’ll throw a fit like a baby.

A couple hours later

A couple hours later and Chris has fallen asleep, I’m still wide awake and so are Matt and Nick. Matt gets up from his spot and signals me to follow him, so I tell Nick to take my spot for now, he starts complaining quietly, and starts talking to himself while we’re gone.

“Do you need something?” I asked crossing my arms.

“You know, while you were gone for that short period of time earlier today, Chris wouldn’t shut up about you and how he couldn’t wait for you to get back.” Matt suggests.

“And? What are you trying to suggest?” I say looking at him.

“Gosh, it’s kind of sad. Both of you like each other! Make a move or something!” He says throwing his hands up.

“Where did you get the idea that I liked him?!” I say in disbelief.

“It’s so obvious. And says every time you’re with him. You guys are like puppy dogs for each other. I’m just saying.” He says shooing me away with his hand movements. I scoff as I walk away back to Nick.

“Finally you’re back” Nick says rolling his eyes.

“Yeah yeah” I say sitting back down where I used to sit.

I sigh as I realize that what Matt and Nick were saying made sense. I never thought that Chris would like me back, but who knows Chris more than anyone? That would be his brothers. Nick sits up from his spot and walks to his room as he says goodnight to me. I want to sleep but it’s kinda hard to when Chris is on my lap, although I was able to do it yesterday, I just want to lay down, not be sitting up. I shake Chris to wake him up. He groans, again.

“Chris, you need to get up.” I say whispering.

“But I Like it here.” He whines

“I know but I need to sleep as well.” I say helping him sit up. He doesn’t say anything, he just stands up and wobbles. I stand up and go by his side to help him keep his balance. I grab his side as I help him into his bed. I turn around and was about to leave until I heard a voice speak up.

“Wait..” He says, putting his arm out for mine.

“Hm?”

“Can you stay with me?” He says, practically begging.

“You want me to sleep with you?” I say, concerned as I tilt my head. He just nods, kinda pouting with it.

“Uh sure.” I say climbing into the other side of him, laying down. I turn to look at him, seeing him look up at his ceiling, closing his eyes. I feel like I should ask him is he likes me, before I have to wait for another chance.

“Chris?” I only receive a hum in response.

“Do you like me? I mean, Like like me..?” I say turning the opposite way.

“Yes..” He says as he drifts off into his slumber. He’s probably going to forget we even talked about that by the morning. But I couldn’t stop thinking about his response. I couldn’t stop smiling either. If I recall, I fell asleep smiling.

I woke up with Chris’a arms wrapped around me, his head on my shoulder. I wanted to get up so I could get some breakfast, but part of me was feeling that I shouldn’t. So I decided to go back to sleep for a little longer, or at least until Chris wakes up. I could feel Chris shifting around as he sat up, yawning.

“Good morning” I say as I sat up as well. He gives me a smile as he put his hand though his hair.

“Do you want to talk about last night?” I say looking at him.

��What is there to talk about, nothing really much left to explain.” He says shrugging his shoulders.

“Well maybe… but wh-“ I get cut off by Nick opening the door. His jaw drops.

“Oh my god. MATT!!!! Wait you two didn’t, you know?” Nick says jumping up and down waiting for Matt to come over.

“No! And quit jumping up and down.” I say kind mad. Why is he screaming this early. Matt turns the corner and looks inside the room. He turns to Nick and they both start jumping and screaming together.

“Shut the fuck up!” Chris yells.

“Finally you guys, it took you long enough to realize it.” Matt spoke up, slowing down his jumping. I roll my eyes as I get up from Chris’s bed, shoving my way past Nick and Matt to get to the kitchen. I could hear Nick and Matt talking to Chris but I didn’t care what they were talking about. All I cared about is my food. I was starving. I sat down as all three of them walked out of his room. I couldn’t stop looking or thinking about Chris. I think Matt noticed because he kept looking back and fourth constantly at me and Chris. I look down and my bowl of cereal as they chitter chatter.

“Okay guys, i think I’m going to go home today.” I say putting my bowl of finished cereal in the sink. Chris looks at me and pouts.

“But why?” Chris says whining. Me and the other two brothers look at each other.

“What?!” Chris says throwing his hands up.

“You act like a complete Baby around her, and when she has to leave.” Nicks says.

“I do not” Chris says in disbelief.

“You kinda do Chris. But I mean you do you.” I say shrugging my shoulders.

“Could I just hangout with you a little longer?” He says walking up to me.

“But I wanna go home. I love you all but I wanna go home for a day or two.” I say looking up at Chris.

“I could just come over for a little bit?” He says suggesting.

“Uh sure just give me a little bit when I get home, okay?” I say smiling. He nods as I leave to go give Nick and Matt hugs. I wave at Chris as I Walk through the door, heading to my car. I drive home and immediately get into my shower. I get out and I brush my teeth and do my hair into a claw clip. I get into comfy but cute clothes. I turn on my fairy lights in my room and light two candles. I get my MacBook from my bed side table and go on Pinterest until I hear a knock on my door. I hop up from my bed and walk to the door to find Chris on the other side. It’s starting to sprinkle outside so I tell him to hurry in.

“Hi.” I say leading him through my nicely cleaned house and into my bedroom. I lay down on my bed, making space for him to lay down next to me.

“Do you want to watch a movie?” I say turning on my tv.

“How about, The tomorrow war?” He says.

“Isn’t that the scary movie with Chris Pratt?” I ask.

“Yep.” He nods.

“I’m not sure, I’m not the best with scary movies, I thought you knew that.” I say pulling my blanket over the both of us.

“I know, but that’s why I’m here.” He says smiling at me.

“Okay then.” I say putting my head on his shoulder. The movie was almost over, I was think that there was no more jumpscares but was I wrong. The monster popped up from no where which made me scream and turn over onto Chris.

“I can’t do this no more.” I said, fake crying.

“Stop being such a baby” Chris said. I sit up in shock.

“Says the one who complains whenever I have to leave you, even if it’s just for a couple of minutes.” I say, playfully smacking him.

“Yeah yeah whatever.” He rolls his eyes as he pauses the movie and sits up.

“Why’d you pause it?”

“Well we we’re taking and I wanted to do something really quick.” He says tilting his head.

“What did you want to do?”

“Well um, you can’t get upset or anything, okay?”

“Well it depends on what it is.” I say giggling.

“Well um..” He says scooting a little closer to me. He grabs my neck and pulls me in. Next thing I know, he’s kissing me. The boy that I loved for so long is kissing me? I pull back, trying not to have things getting taken too far.

“Did I do somthing wrong?”

“No. Just think that we can take it slow.” I say smiling as I lay down. He smiles back as he unpauses the movie and lays down with me. I lay on-top of his chest, as he starts to play with my hair. It’s now night time and we have been watching more movies together. I get up to check the time on my phone.

“Holy. It’s 2 in the morning. Do you think Nick and Matt have locked the door yet? Do you want to sleep here?” I say getting back in bed.

“They probably have, so I think I should. Do you mind if I take a shower?” He says getting up.

“Yeah, I can get you a towel, I have alot of body washes so you can choose what you want. I only have an oversized hoodie, which it might fit you? I’m not sure.” I say getting up.

“I don’t need it, do you have any shorts I can wear tho.”

“Yes I do! Don’t think of anything wired. I wanted to order some shorts but I accidentally ordered it in men’s, so they should fit.” I go to my dresser and give him the nicely folded shorts. He nods and heads into my bathroom. I run to my hall closet and get a towel for him. I put it on the bathroom countertops and u shut the door. I lay down on my bed thinking about the kiss that happened earlier. I could still feel his lips on mine. I get up and go into the kitchen to make us a quick snack. I bring it back into the room with Chris just exiting my bathroom.

“What’d you make?” He says shaking his head in the towel.

“Just a couple pizza rolls.” I say setting them down along with me sitting down. He throws the towel in my hamper and sit down with me. We turn on the tv and watch movies while we eat the pizza rolls.

“I’m going to go to sleep, do you want the lights or the tv on.” I say grabbing the remotes.

“No, but could you turn the lights down?”

“Yeah.” I turn the lights down, not so bright that I could see his full face but so I could see some of his features.

“Goodnight Chris.” I say, kissing his forehead as I turn over.

It’s 11 at night, and I was woken up from my phone buzzing non-stop. It’s Matt texting and calling me constantly. He calls me and this time I pick up.

“Matt..” i say with a grumpy voice.

“Oh I’m sorry baby, did I wake you up?” He’s voice was apologetic as he realized he woke me up.

“Yeah but it’s okay. Did you need something?” I said yawning in the middle of my sentence.

“I just wanted to see if you wanted to go for a drive right now, but it’s seemed like you were sle-“

“I’ll be ready in 5” I said with and excited time, hanging up the phone. I cant explain on how much i love Night drives. They are so calming and peaceful. And with my favorite boy? My two favorite things. I’m now wide awake as i brush my teeth. I don’t wear much as i was just wearing shorts and a hoodie, i just put on a bra. I brush my hair and spray my perfume, i slip on my shoes and walk to my door with my phone in hand.

Matt 🫶🏼 - I’m here

You - I’m heading out!

I Walk out to the car and hop in putting on my seatbelt. I turn to look at a Matt who’s already looking at me.

“Hi” i say leaning in for a kiss.

“Hey pretty” he says pulling me in by my jaw. I pull back and smile

“So, where are we gonna go?” I say smiling.

“You’ll see.” He says as he puts in his gps. I nod as i look out the window, into the night sky, the stars really bright. I lean my head on the window the whole ride, looking at the sky. Matt stops his gps and pulls back into a big area of grass with no trees in sight.

“We’re here.” He says turning to me, smiling.

“What do we do?” I say concerned.

“I’m so glad you asked.” He says sarcastically. “Get out and go to the trunk” He spoke as he opened his door. I was questioning him so I did as he told me to do. I went to the trunk, him standing there, waiting for me so he can open it.

“Oh my gosh Matt!” In the trunk was blankets, sweets, and flowers.

“You did not have to do all of this for me!” I say in disbelief.

“Oh yes i did, now let’s grab the stuff and lay it all out.” He says pointing to an area in the grass. I follow his instructions and lay out the blanks and put the snacks on top of the set up. I pull my phone out and take a picture for memories.

“Do you like it?” He says turning kinda of shy. I turn to look at him.

“No, i dont Like it..” His face drops.

“Oh. Well I-“

“I love it.” I say pulling him in for a kiss. “This is more than anything I could ask for a night drive.” I lay down on top of the blankets dragging Matt down with me. I look up at the stars as i hold his hand. He turns to look at me. I Face him, staring into his eyes.

“I love you, like so much. You are the best thing that ever happened to me.” He says making me blush and turning the other way. He pulls my face back to him.

“Oh c’mon i know you love the attention.” He says, putting on a smirk.

“I guess you’re right.” I say wrapping my arms around his neck, kissing him. I pull back, smiling as i grab the other blanket, pulling it over the both of us, laying my head on his chest. He starts to play with my hair as i gaze into the night sky.
