okay it’s really really funny how in the timmy chalamet dune movie they frame it as way more of a mystery how the coup against the atredies is going to happen: we know the harkonnens are the villains of the whole thing and don’t like them and we know the atredies are very cautious about arriving to arrakis but we aren’t sure who’s going to betray them and how or even thinking they might survive this. and then you crack open the book and it has always been soooooo over and the atredies are getting like three of these per page
