Hi there! How's everything going? I hope you're all enjoying the holiday season.

I had meant to post this on Christmas, but I couldn't, so here it is. A little something I drew three years ago (omg so old). It was supposed to be something like a Christmas card, featuring Lok's great idea of dressing up Gareon as Rudolph. Let's say he didn't appreciate the gesture.

The text on the drawing is in Spanish 🇪🇸 because that's my mother tongue, but I'll leave the translation at the end of the post.

Merry Christmas to everyone who celebrates it, and stay safe during these holidays.

Lok: Hey Zhalia! Sophie and I have been studying for a chemistry exam. Can you show me your favourite organic compound so I can formulate it?

Zhalia: Sure, *draws it on a piece of paper* here

Lok: okay, this looks like... 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene!

Zhalia: *shocked* uhm, that's right Lok

Lok: Yay! But, what is this compound good for?

Zhalia: It solves problems if you know how to use it properly. And you can store it anywhere, in a car, in a wardrobe...

Lok: Is it colourful when it reacts?

Zhalia: Very, and it's reaction is impressive.

Lok: Cool. Will you show me how to use it?

Zhalia: I don't have any at the moment, but if you write it down on the grocery list maybe Dante can get some.

Lok: Ok *goes to the kitchen to do so*

Just a quick sketch I did trying to relax after tackling some of the load of school work I've been having lately (it's my last year before college so I'm getting ready to pass the admission exam and score high so I can study what I want).

What had Zhalia been looking at? Her handsome partner of course.

After loving so much the results of my Zhalia redrawing with colored pencils I decided to try the same thing with Dante. (Also bc I could definitely improve drawing males).

I'm really happy with the end result even though, again, reality looks way better than the picture. Hope you like it and have a great start to the week!

Here's the side by side comparison.

I've definitely improved in these 3 years! Especially that profile... Looks much better now (even though it's not the angle I'm best at). That hand is also waaay more real looking.

I have a few other huntik sketches from around the same time as the first version of this one (I'll be posting them soon). Maybe I'll be recreating some others too.
