☀In the neck movement posture, sit cross-legged and place your hands on your knees in jnana or chin mudra. close your eyes. Slowly move your head forward and try to bring your chin closer to your chest. Tilt your head back until comfortable. Don't be a burden. Feel the muscles in the front and back of your neck stretching and your vertebrae relaxing. Good result. 10 times.

☀ Breath in with a backward movement. Exhale and circulate forward.

☀ Stay in the same position and keep your eyes closed. Face the front. relax your shoulders. Slowly move your head to the right and bring your right ear closer to your right shoulder without lifting your shoulder. ☀Keep the same sitting position. Raise your head and close your eyes. Slowly turn your head to the right so that your chin is in line with your right shoulder. You can feel the tension in your neck muscles loosen and your neck joints loosen. Slowly turn your head to the left until you are comfortable. Don't be a burden. Practice 10 times on each side.   Neck Movement Posture Breathing Level 3 ☀ Inhale while twisting forward. turn sideways while exhaling Neck Movement.

☀ Close your eyes and stay in the same position. Slowly roll your head down, right, back, and left in relaxed, gentle, rhythmic, circular motions. Feel the stretch around your neck shift and loosen your neck joints and muscles. Practice clockwise 10 times, then counterclockwise 10 times.  
☀ Don't be a burden. If dizziness occurs, open your eyes and stop exercising for the day. After exercising, keep your neck straight and your eyes closed. Notice how your head and neck feel.
