hi! i've been questioning whether im ace or somewhere else on the aspec- im dating an asexual girl and it's been an eye opener.
i wanted to ask for your advice with understanding myself, since im in fairly new territory here.
i have enjoyed sex with people before but as time went on, sex started feeling like a chore, yk? it's like i pressure myself to be there like that for my partners. but now i feel so.. free, i guess? now that my relationship isn't built on or focused around sex. we just watch the owl house and have fun and we're there for each other and i love this! it's a whole new way for me to bond and love and it feels right.
if it isn't clear by now i've figured out sex isn't a must-have in my relationships. it would be a plus- just ocasionally, but i don't need to look forward to that, either.
idk what i am tbh
To be honest i’m not sure how to answer this. 🤔 You can label yourself just asexual until you find a label in the ace spectrum that feels right. Hope this link helps though.
