Dazai edition

After a day of a tiring shift at the armed detective agency, all dazai had wanted was to drift away into the warm comfort of his bed and his significant other's arms. He reached the door to the house shuffling to find where he placed his keys. Which he gave up after two minutes of trying to find them. He was about to ring the bell when he heard voices coming from the house. ‘who are they speaking to?’ was his first thought. He tensed but then it felt like a continuous melody which he felt shouldn't be disturbed.

He searched his pockets a bit more in hopes he'd find the keys and so he did! He opened the door and peaked in to see what his significant other was doing. He watched as you sang as a smile crept up his face. It wasn't usual for him to actually smile so often but when he did he couldn't rub it off his face. A genuine smile from watching you live to the fullest. He entered the house carefully so as to not make a noise to disturb you from your enjoyment.

You were in the kitchen cooking as you danced and sang, he carefully crept up behind you and hugged you from behind “you have quite the talent for singing one would think you're a song bird” he said with a chuckle as you jumped from the sudden voice and action.

You looked at him in shock and embarrassment “when did you come in?” to which you got a response “maybe since you started singing or maybe in between who knows” it was safe to say he's definitely going to be way more involved with your singing 'career' than he was before.
